It's a mod, If im not mistaken you can find it on Rem's discord server, but you also need the image replacer mod in order for it to work.

I would use mods for that, like KP cheats, editing the files seems like to much of a hassle.

I have problems all the time with Karryn when she's pregnant and has a defeat, when she's taken to a room for the "Defeat battle" there's always an error message like this, and impossible to move on, forced to reload the save and make sure she never loses her fights when she's pregnant.
EDIT: Reloading the backup doesn't solve the problem; unfortunately, the message persists.

If you browse the last two or so pages (by forum default settings), then you should be able to see that the Cup Size settings will be: K Cup (Default), H Cup, and K+ Cup. Gotta understand that this affects over 700+ variations in every scene in the game, including clothing art. And for two new cup sizes? It's double that!
