Hey, what do you need to do in order to get the flaunt ability? really wanna see the bar flashing and i heard you need flaunt

you need to subdue 150 prisonners/guards and equip 3 accessories (you need 32 charm to do this)

For you I believe the problem is probably that you hit max level so you can't just level up charm normally anymore
Charm levels increase when lewd stuff happens to you and you performing lewd acts, but from what i'm aware when your total level hits a point, you are at max level and none of your stats can increase normally anymore.
You could buy accessories though to gain 1 charm for each accessory, though that wouldn't help you gain a ton of charm quickly.

You have make a save file in your game first at that position and then replace it with 138 day one.

As was said, make a save at the position of the one you downloaded. Or rename the downloaded save to match one you already have.

Just buy items. Each Acc raises Charm by 1. Best early before your Slut Level gets to high, since each Slut Level lowers Charm by 0,1, so you unlock a lot of Item Slots to equip stuff.

Only on easy difficulty,but you still have the auto save

You have to manually copy your save game to get around the autosave system.

This unlocks manual saves on all difficulties. If you want to disable autosave use the search function. Someone posted a how-to a while back.
