Can anyone recommend a "purity" build? Karynn turns sadistic around floor 3 in my playthrough. I've done slut playthrough which was surprisingly manageable, even on hard mode.

Hai Kazuma-desu To clear something up: are you implying that "Karryn turns sadistic" is not an option? Because, from what I understand, that is inevitable if you avoid the other end of that stick. You get either a masochist or a sadist Karryn no matter what you do.
Also, define "purity" - for example, my Karryn is a sex machine with vaginal virginity intact. Would that count? Would anal virginity? Both? Oral? All three? No sexual subjugations? What is your definition of "purity" in that context?

Well you will get a bunch of Sadistic passives no matter what. The best thing you can do, is avoiding stuff like getting a Sadistic Orgasm or the use of Taunt. But with that said, it is possible, to do a pure run on Prisoner Mode no problem. The most important Stat is the Mind Stat, since the higher it is, the more you will reduce Desires and deal more Damage with Ki. Stuff like Skewer and Cleaver is important. Also avoid fighting in certain rooms until you are ready unless you go for a Rush Build but for that, you need to ask someone, that does Rush Builds, since I always take my time.

I'm also interested in doing a purity run. Do you guys have a suggestion on the tech build order in terms of the edict? I've tried prioritizing mind and area of effect skills like cleave and skewer, but I just kept getting owned in Warden mode. Also, how do you do damage with Ki? I've never encountered that attack/ability.
If I am remembering correctly Ki is one of your abilities you use in the first phase of your turn that gives you an attack buff for the turn you use it on. From what Neriel is saying the extent it buffs your damage scales off your mind stat.

Haha I can’t believe I forgot about Ki, it’s so satisfying to use because the animatiom and sound design of this game is just so damn top teir. I didn’t know it scales with mind, now I’m already thinking of going for a new style . I may finally have the courage to try prisoner mode.
Early I would focus on getting Acc. Items that increase your Stats directly. They are a huge Boost early. Personaly I like going for +10 Agi and +10 Dex. Helps in hitting enemies and dodge attacks. +10 Mind is also good but exepensive and money is not easy to come by early. Then stuff like Bed for getting better sleep buffs and switch guards to increase income. On the first floor, you should not worry that much about getting Edicts, that improve Karryn directly. That is something you should focus more on the second floor. Just make sure, to not fight in rooms on the first floor that can spawn Thugs and you should be fine.

I always try to clear a floor. What I have been doing is repeatedly beating a floor over and over and then resting when my stress gets too high. I know the worst room in the first floor is the bar room so I try to avoid that one.

For purity I did Strength as primary, Endurance secondary, Mind tertiary. Farmed the Bar for cash (deny drinks until last 5 minutes). Also, never let Karryn masturbate and keep desires in check to avoid building up passives. I basically had to make sure she was having sadistic orgasms before she went to sleep. Sexual frustration seems to stack to no end, and if left unchecked will completely cripple Karryn. Riots are pretty good for getting pleasure up. I would also often start fights just to have her hit 100% pleasure from hitting enemies, then immediately retreat afterwards.
I usually am able to BLAST through Level 1 through 3, then take my time for level 4. A lot of enemies have overblow protection by the time you get to level 4, and once the game is released I'd imagine this would be a good place to power up before the final bosses.
Once I got to level 4 I started saving up money. Once I got plenty of gold, I started pushing edicts for insurance on Research (lose 25% subsidies from office). Got Specializations, Endurance, then the +25% stamina edict. Highly recommend getting the Doctrine of Endurance title (+6% Stam regen) and pushing for the Artisan meals for Karryn (there's a meal that gives Karryn 5% more Stam regen). Grab Stam regen under Endurance training as well. Post-Yeti I got Karryn at 4k Stam with 23% Stam regen I think (about 900 stam regenerated passively each turn). She's practically invincible at this point.
Oh, and make sure to grab the Accuracy bracelet when you can, definitely helps if you don't focus on dex at all. I think I use Ring Midi with the rest as bracelets.

i see mtl and i download it the comedy its too good in most of the cases and well i don't speak japanese but i do speak broken english so
Does anyone know how to get to 200% or 300% of pleasure? Get to 200% once, but I couldn't get to do such a thing, any advice?
I was honestly just annoyed at the length of the comments and thought I'd throw my two cents in. Arucard34 and Zoomies had good takes on the whole thing. Guess I'm not so much annoyed at the virgin run strat discussions as I am at seeing notifs and hoping they aren't about something I'm not into. It's great that the game has this much to offer the fanbase and vice versa.

Have a high mind score and use Resist Orgasm. I've had good luck with the guards. Slimes can also help. If a slime is in all three holes, then the orgasm doesn't happen until all three moves are done.
