Dude, it is a Porn game. Ofc it has a lot of Porn content in it. That doesn't change the fact that there are rewards that are made in mind for Pure runs. No matter what you say. Or tell me, why does the Dev go through the trouble of making a pure Karryn dialoge, when she get letters after you beat the boss? Why even have Edicts that focus on a fighter Build if the only way, how you claim it will be, by being a Slut? The reality is, you only view the game in one way. This might be unnecessary of my part but, if you know how to use the Sadistic side of carry you can see the "Feemdom thing".
The femdom here consist in Karry having total control of the situation by Satisfying herself using the inmates, Allowing them to cum only with her permission and sometimes humiliating them or directly making them suffer after arouse them.
Examples of femdom escenarios
-Using the vaginal skill consist literally in Karry smashing someone into the ground and rape him

You can make extra saves by copying the save folder. It's in the www folder.
But I think you fucked your pure run by adding corruption. This makes the nerd blackmail extra heavy, like other people said. There are some titles you can equip that give you some nice income bonuses, but this might not be enough anymore. The visitor center minigame may be a good way to recover some order if you kick away the goblins, but I find it to be very tedious. I wouldn't recommend the bar because I'm pretty sure that'll increase your slut level and you get the sex scene very quickly when you're doing a pure run. This means that your income from serving people is very low and you can't drink semen or flash tits for the big money.

I think this is the sort of thing where the disagreement between madchef and Neriel started. It's definitely possible to stop slut level from rising. I have a save on day 87 with 58 SL, last passive gained on day 71. She hasn't even kissed anyone yet and boss of level 4 is down. The reward for this achievement is the accomplishment. Yes, the game is designed to slut Karryn up. Thus, the challenge of keeping her as pure as possible. There will undoubtedly be an ending that acknowledges this accomplishment based on the letters you receive from keeping low SL after each boss, and considering there was a pure ending in Melty's Castle.

Honestly the Sadism stuff really isn't much and it's very conflicting with what the game is supposed to be.
It would be better to just fight off machoism only than to see sadism handled this way.

I want to support this point with a new title that was implemented in v0.8. It's called 'Aspiring hero' (code hints to two more 'hero' titles that may follow after that) and you get it by collecting all 4 lowest-slut-requirement gifts (i.e. the 'Hero Guidelines'). It unlocks four new accessories helping with that playstyle, but also with a certain.. tradeoff.
This is where I think the gaming aspect comes in, because both getting the title and using the accessories successfully is just a challenge. It goes against everything the game pushes you into and that makes it appealing to some people gameplay-wise.
I'll put the accessories and title here, but into spoilers, because it's actually a really nice achievement to get yourself.

yes I made a lot of mistakes. Pay the nerds was my worst. Sadly I can't delete past edicts(or at least I don't know how). I believe someone should post a guide or at least some ideas. New players like me will not read each page of comments. Example Purity run guide till level 4. How to get 5k gold/turn with low work. How to max bar income, how to max other stuff. One of the things I did in my run was take very few of the "Release information" edicts. It's real tempting to take them all to boost income, but it really bites you once you clear the second floor and the blackmail hits. After my K went slut, I got the submit to the nerds edict as fast as I could so I could remove the blackmail and take those edicts.
I have done a few pure runs, it's kinda fun. i saved after defeating aaron, level 3 lizard man boss, with karryn only getting her boobs grabbed a few times, no other sex, not even stripped. i hope to use this save to have karryn work the strip club without any enemies seeing her body. just seems like a fun route to have her expose herself on stage before the enemies have seen her body. we shall see.
