I exited the game but now it loads at the start of that scene and the guards always go for the pussy because its aroused,

here's a save file with all the titles unlocked using save editing. note that it's a clean-slate, day 1 start without any of the passives, just the titles
(for unmodded version 1.0.5j)

as a side-note, it was a major pain in the ass figuring out how the hell to add the titles, since just adding the title items didn't give you the passive effect. had to go rooting around the game files for it and edit values in a way i'm not used to, so while i haven't run into any problems thus far, it wouldn't surprise me if this caused a bug or two

No, you don't, you just need the game to register the specific save slot by manually saving then overwriting it with the save you downloaded.

My guess, number of turns and, by my opinion, enemies turns counts towards fatique too.

Ok, so i just finished my first prisoner challenge run (prison fighter), and my 3rd third time playing the game overall and i got some ramblings to get out of my system.

I'd say game starts to get easier, but its still insultingly disrespectful to a player's time - a fact which is not helped by the dev's self-insert that takes the time to make fun of you, saying the purposefully vague mechanics are intended to screw you into failing over and over. (joke's on them, only failed once).

More to the point - fact that the vast majority of posts prefer to ask how to edit and cheat as opposed to bother with the game's asinine design choices, seems to support this.
