I have a problem but I don't know if it's because of the new version or because I play prisoner mode now. My problem is that the enemies only use handjobs. Even tho i've unlocked the other sex skills and the pleasure/lust is high enough they only want those standing handjobs, which is kinda repetetive and boring since she can't use any other sex skill in that position. Even when a goblin is fucking Karryn, and two other prisoners use her boobs and mouth the moment the goblin is done they still only want handjobs.
So is that a general problem with prisoner mode or a problem with the new version?

Well, the Prisoner Enemy Type has Handjob as a prefered Sex Position. Rarely they go for a Blowjob but most of the time Handjob. So you either a) get rid of them first if you don't want them to use Handjob or b) Initate a Sex Position onto them, before they have a chance for going for a Handjob.
Well if you go for a Fighter Build, you will get Sadistic Passives anyway but yes, if you pick that one, you will sooner get pleasure by beating them up. For the Charm thing that kinda depends. As it is right now, as long as you are a virgin, you will end up with a lot of Charm anyway. But never did a pure Charm build, since it is way to grindy for me, so no clue if you can get to a everybody comes by just looking at her state.

Well thanks either way. I'm gonna stick to slutty builds for now, especially since there's gonna be a strip job.
Can't deny there's a certain kind of uh, charm, to a fighter build where Karryn orgasms because shes beating everyone up tho.
I don't think you understand fully how stats are built and limited in the game. That sort of lies at the core of the "slut build", and if you want to min/max it.
Saves are only performed when battles are completed or when you switch rooms. You can easily alt+f4 and reload the last autosave.

For the sex related passives I don't know if you have to be the one having to act by applying the skill or just being on the receiving end also works.

No. Those kind of stats seem way to extreme for no reason, especially now, that the game got way easier.
It works just fine. It does block you from progressing past the bar until you sleep again properly (or kick their asses) though, so it limits what encounters you can get to on the next day unless you're able to clear the bar - which can be almost as hard as clearing Tonkin.
Not the way the code is written originally. You can change it though, if you want. Check out RemtairyKarrynReceptionist.js and look up the function Game_Troop.prototype.receptionistBattle_validVisitorId. There are several validEnemyTypes.push(x) in that function, x being a number between 162 and 172. Basically, with the exception of 170-172, all the odd numbers are females, all the even numbers are males. Add // in front of the rows with odd numbers and they won't be added to the array from which the valid visitors are pulled. Voilá, males only. (The 170-172 ones are perverts, so you can keep those, they're all male).
edit: Oh, also, if you want to keep the same percentage chances of fans/perverts appearing as the original, you can consider adding another row with the even number for each odd number you remove (so, for example, 164 instead of 165, etc). If you simply remove the odd ones, the chances for getting perverts will be increased, since percentually there'll be more of them in the array (since the final array shrinks).
Sure buddy. Beating every Boss and almost all enemies via Sex = not a Slut build. Really curious what you would call that but you do you.
Bosses are kind of weak tbh. The fun stuff starts when you start getting into the defeat scenes with 15+ enemies and slaps hit you for 40-60 pleasure each because there's no cap to the repeat scaling. You kinda want to be able to push Karryn to 300%+ pleasure then. But yes, I will do what I do, and I'm sure you'll do what you do too.
