Unfortunately thats not going to happen Rem is currently on a hiatus, in regards to game dev - and the writer/artist Sachinama is currently working on a minor game on the side. Meaning neither are currently looking at the game.
However the CCMod is pretty good alternative for the pregnancy albeit it is very "lightweight" in comparison to what a full official pregnancy mechanic would allow for.
And as for the nursery(Do you mean infirmary?) currently nothing of the sort is being made officially and probably wont be either. So fingers crossed for a modder i guess.

This is a hobby for me, not my main job. My main job currently takes up all my time.
But I promise as soon as I have more free time I will definitely take on the second part, because the script and character dialogues for the second part are ready.for lack of the ability to play the game on my system {Mac }.
