If you do have the ability to make the art, then it's potentially not too bad to simply replace / modify all the art that needs it (there's a lot of art assets). It's a case of it wouldn't be too difficult, but a lot of work to do.

Yeah, I would assume you'd have to:
-Replace all the art both in-combat (maybe except the detached penises), and in the overworld (this is probably the biggest hurdle)
-Perhaps remove the voice-lines that are gender-specific, and any flavor-text if there's any gender-specific ones
-Remove all the voice lines for the prisoners whenever they say "hey", and replace it with some stock female moans or something
-Bonus: Replace the King with a futa queen

Am I missing anything?

animated scenes (almost imposible) but would be perfection, BTW i always found the in battle animations weird when the clothes or the hair color dont match with karryns picture

Oh I see. Thank you. I'm afraid I've purposefully been avoiding checking out the new content. I'm still using a version of the game that was released here about January. I thoroughly enjoy this game because it does something that seems to be rare in the genre, that is balancing both gameplay that remains engaging and adult content that's continually stimulating. I'm waiting for the final release of the game and the mod update so I've become somewhat dependent on the discussion here to keep me read in.

Hi, I have a couple of questions about defeat scenes.
1. Is it possible to change one scene to another? For example, I don't want to get lvl 1 scene (blowbang), I want to change it to office scene.
2. If so, can I save both separate options of office scene (guard and wedding)? Change lvl 1 scene to wedding (with prisoners), and save office defeat scene (with guards)?
3. Can I choose defeat scene, prob. linked with lvl 5 options (choose defeat scene at endless battle)?

The mechanic and gameplay for the game is real simple and bareboned, in comparsion with many other average game also made with RPG maker, or similar in the market, with a fraction of the $40 price. A cherry on top is they dont have that "mechanics" artifically stretching the amount of contents, in this case for karryn's prison, CG arts, that can be counted by fingers, into 500 hours of gameplay.
You enjoy and have fun with the game, doesnt mean it should cost more for what is actually is.
Just like packed noodle, everyone all times favorite, arguably tastes better than more costly and properly mades ramen, however that doesnt mean it should cost $40 just because it's just as good.
As disappointing as remtairy is, if you ignore the captive market and the bars arent that high, they are among the better porn game devs out there. No this is not the good news.

Most of the mods are not "updated in the discord". Most of them are on gitgud, you can easily find them using google or any other search engine.

Best way is probably installing an older version of the mod that doesn't need unnecessary "mod settings" mod.

How to disable scandalous mode is already explained. Look at tweak guides link on op.
You can also change durability of Karryn's clothes, if you set them high enough they should become almost indestructible. Changing value of this line in RemtairyKarryn.js should be enough:
const CLOTHES_WARDEN_START = 300;
Keep in mind I didn't test if this works or not, so I suggest creating a backup of the file before you edit it.
