I meant that with some losing scenarios or a certain number of negative events, there will be losing game scenarios with bad endings related to pregnancy.

But there will also be opportunities for recurring pregnancy related events. But, again, these will be specialized monsters that shouldn't ruin the plot for me.
Posey (the demon doctor in the wizard's tower) might help get rid of some of them. ( In the future and no spoilers about the creatures.)

how does the surrender fight mechanics work like with the zombies? im confused on it works

If you surrender immediately after the fight, the Katia capture scene will begin.
1 Dexterity
You can dodge: One successful dodge increases the zombie's arousal by 1.
When the zombie's arousal increases to 2, it will no longer try to bite your neck.
2 Strength
If you simply hit the zombie, it will not become aroused, but it will lose lives.

oh okay, so im guessing it's random a bit on what happens during that surrendering fight or does leveling up help a bit?

Well, it depends on what goal you are pursuing.
But yeah, either way leveling up helps, and sometimes quite a bit.
Example:
If you raised your strength level to 6, you can spend two strength points in visual encounters to block an opponent's attack or strike, or deal an enhanced blow to them.
Or 6 dexterity - same logic with dodging, but you'll spend 2 units of dexterity.
And stamina - in visual encounters you will spend a lot of it. So it makes sense to increase it.

In addition, some improved and new skills require increasing characteristics by a certain level.
