When did he say this? Right now the two paths are pretty much separated, so implementing two different models wouldn't be that hard.
There is even a message saying that you can't decrease your level below 6 if you are on the blackmail path.

You're right, at the moment the game is like 2 (or 3) VNs separated from each other. I took a while to look for the post where 3diddly wrote he'll find a way you could change path, sorry I didn't find it so I only can say I remember I read it.

This is from his patreon post on 1 September;
"Later on in the story, I'll develop a way to change how the lock-in works, allowing the player to change paths again."

I think id rather see Kate a bit more "curvier", if it means shes going to get bigger boobs. That might be why I like Lilys body shape in LotV. Because her breast size, fits her body size.
