Did you mean paige?
If yes, then the quest starts after you watch TV with the girls for the first time, then the next step is still in development. You need to wait for the developer to work on it.

Spy cam? Okay now I think you mean another quest called “Spying on paige” you can use the walkthrough located on POST.
