First of all check if you can use this elevator (it's at the top of the village and leads to the queen)

1. Go here and save a guy.

2. Go back to the village - there should be scene with spy.
3. After that check the elevator again.

just go in there and unlock the characters
you can also reset the controls in there if they were changed I believe

That's a bug I haven't encountered yet! Can you upload your save file for me to debug? They should be in this folder: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Kincaid_2_3

I'm currently stuck, I think I needed to get some other powers before I reached this area. All I have is double jump and the shooting ability. Is my save screwed or do is there a way out of here?

Gallery unlock for 2021-03
Extract the gameoptions.ini file, go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Kincaid_2_3 and replace the file with the downloaded one.

For future reference:
Just look at the gameoptions.ini file

EDIT:
Copy the path above, open a new Explorer Window and just paste it in the Path Field above

Updated the file, I accidentally uploaded the wrong one

disclaimer: if you changed control scheme or some other settings, this will return them to default. In case of custom settings one should instead set all zero values in "[gallery]" section of the file to "1.0"

Multi kobold : press action when there's another kobold that watches you getting the D.
Naughty villagers : Talk to the queen / complete the missing kobold quest (if already done, new save to do it again)
