It should be available to the public today. I don't think you need one though. There's barely any content in the new update.

I'm having a problem with the Rommel quest and was wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar problem. After talking to Bris she sends me to speak with Jadk and Vehlis. I have no problems in getting information from Vehlis but Jadk I can only find him in the Main Hall (and not in Silvertusk as JMod guide suggests since the only person there is Elmy) but he doesn't tell me anything related to that and as such I can't progress in the story.
As anyone else encountered the same problem or does anyone here have any suggestion on what I could do?

I had the same, solved typing rommel_quest_jadkinfo=True in console.
Sorry to say, but I'm not the most tech savy person around the site. I just used the console for the first time (downloaded the unren) and tried what you said, but nothing happened... Maybe I did something wrong?
