Let's not water terms down to the point where they lose their meaning. Censoring would require him to have abused official power and cancelling would mean that an angry mob is barrelling down on you. Neither of those happened.
In my opinion both sides are right in some parts: you are free to discuss anything unless mods put a stop to it and PeterSnayde is right to say that the artists will draw the way they do. Nomo has been quite inconsistent with breast sizes ever since Noxian Nights anyway. The women gained on lost a few cup sizes from scene to scene, and the same thing happens to Sabia here too. I also think that there is a slight upward trend, but most of the changes are just inconsistentcy.
Compare for example similar poses in a) the first tent scenes, b) the one in the tentacle's cave and c) Kira's bad end. a) and c) show very similar sizes while b) is still probably the biggest we have seen so far even tho b) and c) were drawn around the same time.
Still even at her smallest, Sabia's breasts are large enough, i didn't mind it so far, but i don't think she needs any further increase either.

They said it would "bleed" into May in the last update, which suggested early May to me but that clearly hasn't happened. I'd expect a post roughly a week before announcing the actual dates so it's late May earliest at the moment.

I might be wrong, but they mostly post updates on weekends or months' ends as their new habit. But either way, the updates usually come when i have given up hope, so one should be around the corner soon.
