I mean I don't think anyone expected them to finish the update on time. Always thought the coding was the bottleneck, but apparently everybody on their team is a bottleneck now.

For me Nomo left the group a long time ago. He remained a writer and programmer. The art has already been created before I don't think we'll see high quality art. Writer was only supposed to write the story. I don't think it takes 8 months to write, the second part bad end of the field of the Orcs and the second part Bris veterans Orcs
By their posts it seems like he isn't even writing the Bris story yet either. The writer has been on the kidnapping filler since january and Nomo was supposed to make preparations for the Bris story and whatever else he came up with.
So they essentially released two filler patches in 4 months and yet the third one is taking them 7-8 months somehow.

How in gods name is it possible for there to be any writing left to do? What did he do the entire time Nomo was on hiatus? Did they bring on George R R Martin as a guest writer? I'm just at a complete loss of words for Hreinn Games now. Used to be my absolute favorite Patreon page during the Noxian Nights days, I fully funded that game from beta to completion at the $25 tier, even got myself in the credits. Thank god i unsubbed years ago when they first started slowing down after Sierra left.

Now it is possible, with AI. You can achieve way better art quality, then in The Last Sovereign, and also in high resolution.
I'm writing this down partially for myself too, because Hreinn can be quite confusing. If i made a mistake please correct me.
So they released 0.14 back in February 2023. After that they started working on the Vehlis-prison bad-end patch (1). This got interrupted when Nomo went missing. After that the rest of the team, between October and January cobbled together the two filler patches we have so far, 0.14.1 and 0.14.2.
In their update post of march, they said that the next non-filler they will be working on is the Brist + Vet orcs quest (2), which might be the continuation of training arc of 0.14, but i'm not 100% sure.
And then the latest news says that they will do a part 3 of the kidnapping filler event (4) after they finished the currently scheduled part 2 (3).
So unless i'm mistaken somewhere, Hreinn spent about 15 months working on 3 different quests and not one of them is ready to be released.

I don't know why they won't just admit that Nomo left the team, they won't get any flak for it. The opposite in fact, people will start offering their sympathies, might even offer more money because the poor devs felt guilty hiding this secret for the past year.
imo it's just gross how they treat their subscribers. Also the subscribers are at fault too for tolerating such behaviour. I really hope the devs get their shit together, maybe be a bit more open for constructive criticism and maybe, just maybe keep their promise to release updates on regular basis. Still baffles me to this day how they promised faster updates with less content and still managed to take longer than back with the usual updates.

Well, the last time Nomo streamed was approximately 3 months ago. He streamed for two days but then suddenly stopped, (ruined my sleep schedule waiting for him to go live, but he didn't... smh.)
Anyway, here's some info and samples I managed to siphon from Nomo's streams:
- The CG will be about the Tents
- It will focus on Sabia, (Tekrok) Veteran orcs and Bris
- New tent outfit
- It's not a bad-end or a continuation of the training arc of v0.14
- Double anal
- Sabia will guzzle cum from her Pig bowl
- Veteran orcs will break the bed on Sabia

And that's it, it just baffles me why they choose to delay this, but continue with the bad-end quest.... smh again.

Hey we're finally getting so see one of the new outfits they revealed 5 years ago in action! Looks nice, hope I get to enjoy the finished pictures before 2025 ends.
The bad end stuff is meant to fill in while Nomo's work is being held up by whatever he's sick with, except that right now it looks like Nomo is still getting more work done than the rest of the team even while being sick.
Did you get any screencaptures that included parts of the drawing software? I'd love to get a little bit of insight into Nomo's settings.

So in other words, Nomo hasn't learned shit. He's still focusing exclusively on Sabia getting gangbanged by orcs instead of actually advancing the plot and showing some originality.
Ok, so i was wrong on what the veteran orc content would be about. It seems like the fight for the tents with Bris is getting bigger?
And it's nice to know that Nomo has been sighted, because that is genuinely important.
I wonder if this outfit will be only for the tent scenes like the leash is for the shop, or if it will be a new outfit option. It could be interesting.
Those themes are quite new. Double anal is quite rare in games and i don't remember seeing a single bed-breaking (or breaking bed, badum-thss) scene on this forum. Add to that the return of the bowl and there is a unique combination.
But it is planned to be the third patch from now? Fuck.
Nomo hasn't been sighted, since the post you quoted as about Nomo's last steam, 3ish months ago.
There's still been no word (AFAIK) after that, so assume that he's still MIA.
