Here's a "JDMOD for dummies" I made. All you have to do is merge the /game folder into your KOD install.

What error messages, specifically, are you getting? Is it still saying the gallery_bonuses.tsv file is missing? Open up the game folder, check game/JDMOD/Database/ and see if the file is there.

Bro, there is something wrong with your Fanfik mod! when i start my game from beginning and progress, after trials when TEKROK comes to sabia tent to talk to her, after he is gone right after sabia says: "bastard... but i know something like this was likely etc" the games goes back to main menu! i did try evertyhing an it keeps happening! any idea how to fix it?

This is actually a problem with the prologue restoration mod, not the fanfic mod. It happens because I was dumb and got the indentation wrong on one statement, which just so happens to work out so the game crashes back to main menu unless you sided with Rokgrid... And then only tested it once on a Rokgrid route. Woops.
Here's a fixed version:

Install this and load any save during the trial (there should be an autosave right at the start), and the game should work properly from there.

So folks, here's version 0.5 of the fanfic mod. I'd like to apologize for three things, first for the long delay: As stated before I get depressive spells that lead me unable to create at times, and in the moments here and there when I can write during a bad spell, my paid work comes first. The second thing is for the length of the update: I have no idea when I'll be able to finish the other three scenes I had planned to include in this update, and I decided it was better to release what I have rather than leave y'all waiting any longer.
The third thing is, these three scenes are ones I just wrote for myself, for fun. One of them y'all will probably like anyway, the other two will probably appeal to no one but me. That's one reason why I wanted the 0.5 version to be bigger, so there'd be a mixture of garbage I wrote for me and scenes y'all will like more.
All that said, I hope you find some enjoyment out of this update anyway.
