What the CGs above are for is for inserting sexual content into normal dialogue scenes with the paper dolls, so that the writer can mix and match elements for minor scenes without Nomo having to draw an entire new set of CGs specifically for each scene. This will have two effects: First, it'll make it much easier for the writer to sprinkle in a lot more sexual content than there was in previous updates. The frequency of h-scenes can be massively increased, to the point of every single conversation being an h-scene if that's what they wanna do. Second, because all of these CGs are of Sabia getting molested... that's what all of this new sexual content is going to be.
They wouldn't do this unless their intent was to have the main story of the game now largely be about finding various excuses for Sabia to get molested by orcs (with a couple of human and elf assets also available so probably a little bit of that as well). Maybe you're right and they won't do this, but that would mean letting this new content go largely unused, which sounds insane when you consider how much time must have been spent on all of these mix and match components. It would be like buying a house with a 6-car garage and then just letting them sit empty and unused.
