Go to the Noble district and go to the building top left side and talk to the same guy that asked you to find 3 girls. After you talk to him he will give you a quest. After you finish the quest talk to him and you can buy the outfits from him

I don't know if it just happens to me but I can't access the seasonal content of 2023. Do you have to get the outfits somewhere?? Or is it just a glitch I have?
You have some guy in the bar/restaurant in the noble district, you need to craft the outfits with him
Can someone tell me how to get elf ears? I already went to the volcano and it won't let me in since it says I need 4 leprechaun ears, I'm just playing the new update so the missions of the previous version I already completed, should I start a save point again?
You have to go to the volcano and enter. There will be a sparkles and click on it. You'll make the potion then take it to her.
I can't seem to get any further with Gobboe. My quest says about Dream Visitor, but she's not in the inn room..? Am i missing something?
... Okay, I give. I've gotten all the non-royal guard up to the 'fully corrupt (name)' part of their quest and Titania isn't showing up. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

After you corrupt Shel, she will give you a quest to deliver a letter to Titania.
It's not a quest. But you can feed them liquor to increase the level of corruption in the city. Which is about as small as helping Gob build the keypick.
