Ah I didn't know why but the direction arrow didnt show up to go right
after opening the game again after a short while it showed up again

I think it is renpy problem. I hope not so I can fix it. And note that you can right click to go back to previous scene I think if anyone of yall encounter a hang like can't click anything. Will try to fix that.

Haven't played the game yet (will edit the comment or add a new one once i do play it) but I've seen the game in the recently updated showcase and it piqued my interest quite a bit. Then I went through the thread.

I feel for the dev. Some of the users come out swinging mercilessly. It's one of the reasons f95 has a bad rep even amongst it's own users. But massive props to the dev for clarifying things and taking the stance the way he has.

Some people seemingly getting triggered to full red alarms over narrative tools used to setup world-building even after the dev himself came out and said the girls involved are randoms and aren't even side-chicks or characters that the MC can/will touch... Sorry, but if you're one of those ppl, ya gotta touch some grass man.

Now, about the voyeur thing... haven't played the game so can't rightfully comment, but unless the MC is actively staying hidden and getting hot and bothered by seeing other people get it on, it's not voyeur.

From reading through the thread, it feels like many ppl are being unfair to the dev, projecting their own expectations onto him and not even giving the game a "proper chance".

I got a small backlog of games I've been meaning to try out before this one, but I'll expedite this to be one of the next ones in line, as I'm curious about the story and the renders looks pretty good. And I like the dev's attitude and the way he's been handling things a lot.

I'll try it soon, maybe even today.

Game Journos and many AAA publishers learn that right now the hard way. HBO is learning that right now and Neil Cuckmann is relearning it again with The Last of Us 2.

Well, this is a good point though.

To begin, i will start from my fault, which I admit I did not do enough deeper to the core research, rather than just follow along tag rules in the community.

But one thing is, everyone is new to something. If it is easy to be successful just like that without making any mistakes and manage to not fuck up, I would like to see you try. In fact I will put you in pedestal, I will even pray to you and you are my new god if you manage not to fuck up in your life. IF NOT, be respectful.

Same as a new driver, everyone would have the risk to crash, there are elements and unpredictable things might be on your way, even can happen to a really good driver., So yes, I will say the most important thing is, I really appreciate and I learn a lot of things these days, and it is truly a good experience as a dev.

I am really thankful to everyone who supported me, or really try to help me from this abyss including in a form of insulting.

SO THE MAIN POINT IS:
Do I apologize? Yes.
Will I make improvements? Yes.

One more thing, The comments I fought back is either pure hate or defamation, or there's someone following the trend without knowing what's going on, and saying such shit like NTR is happening.

By the way I'm changing Episode 1 with better story telling's from feedbacks (apparently my writing could be improved especially on character and scene buildup, better minigame mechanics, typos)

About the few pictures (genre) that cause disputes, I'll change it to focus on what my game is trying to focus and portray (Domination, trainer, harem, BDSM). Well, fair point to what I took note on comments saying that dominance could also be shown without unnecessary fucking, so I will make possible adjustments.

At least sensitive genres content can be skippable (such as R-tag) etc. for the things that I could not tweak. Or else it's not a dark mercenary world anymore.

As for the voyeurism thing, sigh, well here I wanna put my final statement.
1) MC never turned on, and I'm not into that shit.
2) I will avoid showing people having "INTERCOURSE" Infront of MC. Other than that, I can't guarantee I accidentally piss someone off. If anyone come here and complain about some scene, lets say, MC saw someone got harassed (NOT INTERCOURSE) or some kissing scene to portray the world's setting, but still complaint, I will square up without hesitation.

Text based communication is hard some times, even more so on a site like this were there are plenty of people for whom English isn't their first language. So someone might think you have underlying intentions that you don't (or you about them), unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it when that happens. I've had it happen to me, people making assumptions about the things I've said. Heck, that can even happen in person sometimes,

And it doesn't help that some people carry general issues with the site, mods, or other developers into other discussions. For example, all of my other posts in the thread were deleted by mods, it would be silly for me to blame you for that or take it out on the game, especially since you quoted one of my posts and had positive things to say to me, but some others might get upset and take it out on you.

Also, you are right, this has been discussed and further brining it up is probably not needed. Even with some of what was deleted I think there is sufficient posts from others, and your responses to let people know that there was some scenes some people might not like but that you are aware and are making changes, which again is more than some other devs do.

Again I'll say, try not to lose heart and get down. You're communicating and that speaks a lot about how you want the game to succeed and are not just giving up. Don't let one or two folks here get to you. It's a balance between listening and taking in feedback, cutting yourself off, or letting the feedback become too heavy. I'll tell you now, the reason why your game is not doing well IS NOT because of this issue. I've played your game and there is ZERO NTR or VOYEUR. It's not because of this. The reason why your game is not getting support yet is because it very badly written at some parts. Just being honest. But that can so easily change. The bar is VERY LOW. the moment you put up a few more scenes with the characters, the patrons will flood in.

Your game has immense potential and the art is amazing. Everyone can see the hard work. If you improve your writing, you will succeed. I am sure. So many people have already bookmarked this game. The art is top notch and you have a very interesting premise. I assure you, real patrons will support the moment the game gets exciting.

Again, these few on this thread? They are not people to be concerned about. Again, they are FREELOADERS who try to act all high and mighty to bully a new dev. The moment you reach a few hundred patrons, you never have to look at them again because they have no power. ZERO. Freeloaders should be happy to pirate a game and grateful to devs who put in hard work. Not behave like entitled losers. This is their only chance to demand for things without paying. Ignore them.

So you do you bao. Make this game a success and they will go and prey on other new devs. These are bullies and losers, their lives are miserable and they have never made anything worth shit in their lives. Don't fall to their level.

Again, these guys are NON patrons. No need to apologize or respond. The best way is to kill them with success. Many people are waiting for the next update to see if the game is worth supporting. Make a great one. Once you achieve success, this will all be a distant memory. Many on this forum are great people who are willing to support on patreon. Don't let a few freeloaders bring your game down. I am awaiting your next updates, as are many more.

Thanks for the strong straightup message. What I can say is there's still lots of really good audience too. All this time I got the gist of it and had some experience from handling these situations already. I won’t be removing my messages though. I want to leave it there as a reminder of how far I’ve come. From being a scared new dev who is wavered, to a dev who is strong and focused that is determine to produce something only the best.

Every time I look back, I learn something new. well that’s how growth works i guess. And I’m constantly improving myself in this journey as a dev. I appreciate the honest feedback what have to be done better. I won’t disappoint.

Try not to get too down. I can only speak for myself, but I really appreciate a developer that interacts and is willing to take what people say in mind. That is more than a lot of other people do, so try to keep your chin up,

Text based communication is hard some times, even more so on a site like this were there are plenty of people for whom English isn't their first language. So someone might think you have underlying intentions that you don't (or you about them), unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it when that happens. I've had it happen to me, people making assumptions about the things I've said. Heck, that can even happen in person sometimes,

And it doesn't help that some people carry general issues with the site, mods, or other developers into other discussions. For example, all of my other posts in the thread were deleted by mods, it would be silly for me to blame you for that or take it out on the game, especially since you quoted one of my posts and had positive things to say to me, but some others might get upset and take it out on you.

Also, you are right, this has been discussed and further brining it up is probably not needed. Even with some of what was deleted I think there is sufficient posts from others, and your responses to let people know that there was some scenes some people might not like but that you are aware and are making changes, which again is more than some other devs do.

Again I'll say, try not to lose heart and get down. You're communicating and that speaks a lot about how you want the game to succeed and are not just giving up. Don't let one or two folks here get to you. It's a balance between listening and taking in feedback, cutting yourself off, or letting the feedback become too heavy. It seems like you're trying to keep that balance, and I'd encourage you to keep going and not get discouraged,

Thats quite funny seeing the timing and coincidence haha. Well I could do it way earlier before getting ass fucked for so long, and also if I would do it, I will not choose a time where just right after I announced my v0.1.1 release. I'm not that stupid to dig another hole for myself, and pushing my announcement messages up again to be unnoticeable.
