starting the game, steam is opening, I see "license not available" and game closed itself.

This is just the steam game lmfao. you can't play it unless you own it on steam.
Or you can just read the OP and click the link that says "Steam Fix" and follow the directions there...

I'd ask on the developer's Itch.io or discord or something, I'm pretty sure they'll help
It is a unity game, so I guess you could also use the BepinEx AutoTranslate plugin to translate to russian. I don't know how to do it, but probably the plugin readme explains how to do it

Iirc you create an .exe file with the Steam Fix program to have an .exe that does not check if you have the game on Steam.
Guys how do I use the cheats or how do I change game values like cooldowns and abilities etc. PLS I've been researching for hours now ong.

I doubt its going to be updated since its been 3 years since, but what I did was buy the game on steam, download the files and then cracked it with a emulator. Then got a refund. Its been a WHILE since then tho and I'm tempted to just buy it back lol since I heard they made a second one

peoples here are so used to all the "early access" and forever pre-alpha patreon scams
they can't even imagine a complete game without the "completed" tag (or abandoned)
i also think a moderator removed the completed tag because it still gets small updates added...
