...is this actually licensed? It sure looks like it - is has a price tag and all. That "virtual youtuber" girl kinda prostitudes herself with that, isnt it..?

In Japan (and China), young women actually sometimes WEAR those hearts as contact lenses.
Just like they (often and still) use the V sign (although they use it wrong and tilt it)... it looks silly.
Still, My horn often rises when I see a Jap or Chinese woman on the streets of Denmark.
