Should be open all the time once the crime scene becomes available, you can only do it once a day

Hmm okay i understand but only the condition the crime scene what i need to unlock that right now
Like I said I don't remember if it just unlocks after a certain amount of days or if you have to get to a certain point in the story

Edit: I finished the version and it looks like it has the new content I think, but cause the game has a lot of bugs some content is cut. For example I remember several scenes with the teacher post class but now I only can see one.

I have the black screen bug and i've found a fix that help me, if anyone happens that, just create a shorcout from the .exe of the game and go to properties, in the label destiny, at the final of the route add --disable-webgl that fix the bug in my case, i think that should be in the main page, so everyone can try it.
I keep my fingers crossed this game continues. One of the best there is. I hope he gets ton of subscribers.
