Has anyone else noticed that the stuff like the Brunette Nun's bell tower progression is already complete if you've played the game before? (Even with a new game).

Replaying it again I have to say I absolutely love the way Hunter teases / talks back to the Witch in front of the Servant girl. I hope writer(s) will create these "cheeky" situations like that again in the future.
There is also a missed opportunity to do something similar when she asks what you want for a reward when you save her from the tentacle monster.
They could have thrown in some joke answers like "Your hat", "A kiss" or "Polish my sword for me".

Can't wait, just finished the update and Loved it just like all the other updates.

cliffhangers make me sad, but excited at the same time.I think the transition to the elfs sex scenes it still a bit awkward, but it should mostly be fixable by rewriting the intro to the sex scenes itself. The dialogue between the elf and the hunter doesn't make much sense with their current relationship. Maybe the elf wants to Role-play a bit. Why else would she put on the chain collar again, otherwise.
that's because in the first versions the elf had no story, she was the pet of the owner of the inn. I agree with you that the scene doesn't make much sense

Yeah, I suspected something like that. You can definetly feel some awkwardness due to rewrites in the writing.
My guess Is the devs were originally going for a Witcher-like dark setting but in a porn game. But they scaled that back when the audience didn't really like that too much.
You can still see it in a lot of places that don't make too much sense. Like the executioner clearly wanting the redhead nun as a sex slave, but if you actually do fail to pay it back, he just had her cook for him instead.

I am having a problem triggering quests 6 to 9. I think I have visited every place, spoken with everybody... any help?
Quests 6–9: talk to the nuns (I think the blue-haired one)
Quests 12 & 17: talk to the fisherman
Quest 13: look on the billboard near the gallows
Quests 14+: go back to see the elf in the inn
Quest 16: go talk to the redhead nun
