So what's actually changed in the "expanded ending" when I last played it was the Hunter rescuing his sister and then the two of them running away in the upper class district from the cult. Got anymore scenes after that or is it still just straight to credits? Wondering if I should bother to re-download and play it again or not.

To me it seems the creator saw decrease of patrons willing to get squeezed for money for this one game, hastily finished it and probably will make a sequel or something to renew the patrons willingness to be milked for money for 2-5 years with 1-2 lines of text/month

I hate fishing.
3+ weeks with 0 purple fishes, in both ponds.
Somehow I've gotten both gold ones for the quests but can't get two purple for the contract.

i'm assuming the game / story is being worked on for a sequel?
i just completed the game THE END, and while the story clearly has a "ending" it seems it left on huge cliffhanger cutscene foreshadowing a whole new chapter.....

Thoughts? rumors? details?

Loved the story btw. Art was really good. Game mechanics while not perfect was definitely solid and well implemented.
There were some things I wish were a bit different, but all in all, this was very entertaining to go through.
overall 4 out of 5 stars for me!

, Version 1.2. This is a technical update in which we’ve done quite a bit of work on a number of details.

The new version is also available for download on Steam! There’s currently a 10% discount on the base game and a 24% discount on the gold edition.

So, here’s the full list of all the changes in this update:

  • Strengthened enemies in Tactical Mode, where the game has become more challenging and more interesting.
  • Modified the attributes of enemies in Adventure Mode.
  • Added the ability to replay a battle after dying.
  • Adjusted the randomness of the fishing minigame. Catching rare fish is now easier.
  • Added a “skip” button to the “escape the kurdles,” “escape the bear,” and “chase the bird” minigames.
  • Added a DLC button to the main menu.
  • Reduced how long you need to hold down on a skill to upgrade it in the skill menu.
  • Reduced the number of kurdles in the “escape the kurdles” minigame by 25%, making it easier.
  • In Adventure Mode, you can now attempt to catch the horse an unlimited number of sequential times.
  • Added a “skip” button to the horse chase.
  • Fixed a crash in the “memorize and repeat” minigame on one of the chests that occurred if buttons were pressed too quickly.
  • Fixed version checking for saves. (Previously, the game allowed players to load saves from older game versions, resulting in errors.)
  • Fixed several minor bugs.
