Put the attached image into;

Graphics\Panoramas\

It will replace the map with an English version. Please note that I'm using the in game translations and not a direct translation of the Kana/Kanji for consistency.

Edit: Added a zip that contains the map.

This is nice, but when it's downloaded from here it has an incorrect file name. I just renamed it, but could you upload it in a zip file?
Edit: it didn't work for me when I press A. No idea why.

Sorry to report that I still can't make it work. The name even looks wrong now.
Here are a couple of screenshots. One of the folder and another of the ingame map for me. Running game with jap locale.

I have no idea why it isn't working for you. It's here (see attached screen shot) in game for me.

My system is set to use the Japanese code page for applications that don't have a code page selected. This is mainly because I'm studying Japanese right now, so I don't suggest it.

Is the original map showing up when you access the map screen?

Also, there is another map under Pictures called 電車マップ改全景.png that is a copy of the map without the return part.

Yeah rename the file and replace.
Others are in the pictures folder, you can copy and replace.
Also where is the goblin nest??It is said to be on northwest of the town and in the north is the spa/ went all other places around the town,even found that crystal stuff and defeated the dopat

Any other games like this with clothing damage, standing image showing current state, shame attacks and no game over when you get fked by monsters??
I found some but not of this standard

3- IF you're having issues at start, apply this
You must be registered to see the links
in the root folder, replace all files.
You'll require Japanese Locale or Japanese Locale Emulators to properly run this game.
