I found a vampire wandering around in the sewers underneath the capital.
I should add that I was level 6, I recall reading something in the game about different enemies being gated behind your own level.

For an unbreakable lockpick:
Go to the underground waterway from the east district of the Royal City
Beneath East District → Beneath the Prison → Northeast → Lower Magic University → North → Lower Castle
Go through the drain to enter (requires lockpick success)
Obtain a diamond lock pick from the blue box on the 3rd floor (requires lockpick success)

Once you're in the castle, you can dodge the guards to find a bunch of chests with gold, which is more than enough to buy any house in the game, where you can then also unlock the ero event gallery scenes.

Are there any bad endings/slavery routes here?
There are at least two bad endings (i.e. game over instead of epilogue). One of which is losing to the last boss (get eaten by a flesh wall), and one is becoming a sex slave.

Sorry for the necro but.. What can I do with the black diamond in the castle? Does it effect any of the endings or gameplay?
There are 5 epilogue endings to the game.
True end: Fame>=10 and Infamy=0
Normal end: Fame<10 or Infamy>0
Three romance routes (Nash, Moz, Vampire King). The true and normal ends happen only if you don't lock yourself into a romance end. The true end is An returns home, the normal end is An continues traveling to other countries.

Picking up the black diamond gives you two infamy, locking you out of the true end; eating human flesh does as well.
It's worth noting that you need at least one infamy to sell stolen goods, so there's little point to thieving if you're going for the true ending.

Here is a lousy map of the Capital sewer system that I made. The sewer is a pretty dull place to explore, being unnecessarily complex.
The room structures are skipped by me, but room connections are correct.

The entire game world is unnecessarily complex. It's mostly empty and even the enemy variety is lacking. I made a world map a few pages back and it was really one long, "Why is the world this big? It's not an MMO." feeling the entire time. The washed out colors and aggressive day/night system only make it worse. Add to that, the janky combat, the fast food drain, the weird level up system, and the lack luster story that is lack luster even for a porn game and the entire thing is meh. If I didn't love the art style, I wouldn't have bothered. This game could be recooked into RPGMaker with a simpler set of systems and it would be more playable.

I just beat the first boss near the far east farm town, but I agree to basically everything you said.
The game needs to be condensed (by my standard) at least. Maybe the developers are trying to give the impression of traveling, but there's not many exciting things on the road and not much fun. I enjoyed their other game "Little Sister Control Dungeon" more, which doesn't have these let-downs.

Also you posted like 6 years ago. How do you manage to remember so well after such a long time? I mean, damn

I remember it because it was so tedious. Other games either have an overworld or the maps are blessedly short. Not this one. This game was one of those Morrowind like games where the quest giver would go, "It's called Markoth, or Merkath, I don't know. It's east... just go east. If you cross a river or two, you've probably gone to far... it could be over three rivers and maybe a bit north." and then it's to the west of Balmora and has a different spelling. Like wtf. Using Obivion's and Skyrim's quest system and quick travel feels like cheating compared to Morrowind.

Using quest markers and fast travel is how the thread of prophecy gets severed, sera ...

Edit: don't use this, use other people's finished map instead.

Here's my unfinished map. I got impatient halfway and rushed to the end. world map.drawio.png

And here's the zipped original file. If you still want to play it after seeing this...you can open the file with "draw.io" to edit the map.

It's cool. It was my first time making an SVG graphic (in InkScape) so it was both basic and kind of fun. Originally I was dumping the actual areas as large graphics, but RPG Maker was making it difficult to get a clean image of the level. I gave up after taking a few hours only getting maybe three maps imaged.

The SVG map was 'good enough' so I decided to just go with that instead.
