You sure those are not deleted mods? I got mine from steam directly with 2 that were not shown on the workshop somehow.
that maps apparently still a work in progress by it's mod author, even says on steam "don't sub to this one, it's not finished" it's why it says "test map [ignore]" in it's mod title. not fully sure why they uploaded an unfinished map, but i guess it's the only way to test they know of.
far as it goes, you can use any mod that's on the steam workshop via a program that lets you login anonymously and download stuff from the workshop called "steamcmd", long as you know the game id and ids of the items you want to download from the workshop you can "load" them by putting them into the mod folder in the game's local Appdata.

Fair, ended up doing that n' found out it's a pretty lengthy process, cause they have a copy of that tutorial saved as an XML.
Anyone that wants the link, just ask.
I'll see what I can do with these, since most are already rigged, but the game needs more than that.
(That and blender hates me lmfao)
Could I have that link plz? Also, is it possible to take all the downloaded mods and put them into a zip?

Over in the server they give you the XML but EVERYTHING integral to making a model just isn't obtainable that way.

Is that the one where you need to turn in fat kobolds? To make kobolds fat you need to feed them food to the point and beyond their energy reserve is filled up. Once the the energy bar is full as they digest the rest of the food in their stomach it will start adding to their weight. The best food to use for this are banana splits. Here's a complete list

I've once downloaded some sort of cheat menu in this thread that wasn't from cheat engine with liquid gun and auto-grow functionalities and such but i can't find it again. Could someone point me towards it again, please?

Calorie wise yes, but it's a pain to forage enough 'nanas if RNG dislikes you. I usually use eggnog or straight milk/eggs since they're easy to get in bulk once you're up and running, and readily available. If you have extra 'nanas or a custom map with better foraging spots, it's preferred of course.
Also you can use the pump if you have it to overfill them, making it super easy to overload their calories and making a kobold balloon.

Go to the upgrade store, buy all devices below six stars
This will put a milker in the kitchen
Find a kobold with decently sized booba, put her on the milker (do not yet press e to join her)
Find or buy an empty bucket, place it in front of the milker with 2 to 3 inches of distance
press e on the milker with the booba-bold on
this will drain some energy and produce milk
The easiest next step is to make a male kobold cum on the bucket
Edit: Forgot you'll need to eat the food you make as well, just making it isn't enough. Press E on the "bucket" (yes, it's still a bucket; just that the model swaps out).
