Hello, does anyone know how I increase the fps and lower the graphics and sometimes it jerks? My laptop has 8 GB of ram. Do you know if there is a patch or something? thank you

There is an options menu on the main page but other than that you might be out of luck 8GB of RAM is pushing it to run both the OS and the game, a lack of VRAM depending on your graphics hardware could make it even worse.

have you changed to diffrent regions? and if so do you have the steam version... also it might just happend u were at a bad time, where literally noone is playing or atleast making servers so you could just make one and wait for someone to join.

yes, I found it, I see, there are some rooms and I have this pack of mods, I still can't join because the download from Steam failed, I see there are more on Steam than I have 97 add-ons, I have them and there are 102.

ye... the mods are a bit fucked so if u really wanna play with other players u either gotta join and see if u can actually join or simply buy the game on steam, so the mods will install by themselves but... yk i dont think u would be here if u wanted to buy the game afterall... so there are tutorials on how to download mods from steam just check this thread a bit and u will find it.

To download them automatically inside steam you need to own the game but if you search the thread someone has shared a tool or script for a common tool that can be used to download workshop mods manually without owning the game.

u gotta use a tool to download the mods of off steam cuz u cant just subscribe... u can use the tool by copying some kind of code and pasting it into the tool to download the mods... its even more terryfing than just playing the game without mods but if u REALLY want to play it with mods then either use the tool or just buy the game

I can't say if it is included or the latest version. Check the spoiler for included mods and if the workshop item had an update in the meantime.

It requer you to mod the game with BepInEx to use plugins.

It also need the game engine to have some unstripped dlls to work, you can get them by creating clear unity project in Unity Hub using same engine version as the game. But since i already done that, you can get those from me and simply follow this guide.
1 Unzip BepInEx into your KK folder
2 Unzip Dllstouse with file replace into same KK folder
3 Start and close the game once (if a plugin folder appeared in \KoboldKare\BepInEx you did all right)
4 Now you may add plugins into that plugin folder and its done

The main tool is SteamCMD. It's literally just Steam but as a command window instead of as a full application. You type/paste commands into it instead of clicking things. There are sites that will generate a download command, but SteamCMD only works with Steam's backend so it's not going to DL random internet stuff.

So the process is installing SteamCMD, signing into SteamCMD anonymously, copying a workshop link to a website, copying the command from the website, and pasting the command into SteamCMD. Congrats, the mod is downloading. Now you move the mod into the KK folder for mods.

I'll be honest, it's a royal pain in the ass due to being tedious, but it's all pretty straightforward and nothing dangerous should happen unless you start randomly downloading stuff off the internet. And, honestly, this site's KK download and trying out the game with mods was what lead me to buying it outright. Not out of frustration, but because I enjoyed it. A side effect was easier modding, though.
