You can get it by proceeding to the next stage of adulthood, it's a setting in your inventory if I'm not mistaken in "key items" and called time. Just load a save where she's young and select it. If it's not available you'll need to do a few childbirths and after will unlock.

from what I heard the ending is depressing as hell, I heard that there's a game that's connected to this one's story, is the MC of this game show up or mentioned in that other one?
this is a followup game of "Damned, Kill me" where the Mc of THIS game was a side character. theres a sequel game after this thats similar to DKM, but i dont know the english name of it
One of Touhou Marupon's more recent games that's translated on here has a line to suggest the mc of this game would go on to become the mother of all demons which you play as the descendants in that game.
I've also been told the latest game which isn't translated yet has her as an antagonist
