Translator here. I can understand Japanese particles and have a grasp of the Subject-Object-Verb form, but my Japanese vocab is super weak consisting of about 700 words which is practically nothing, and translating sounds is super hard for me, so I used Google Translate for the vocab and sounds. Since I leaned on Google Translate as heavily as I did, I felt it would be more fair to call it a MTL with heavy proofreading. Remember this was a free translation including graphic rework done in eight days on a game that turned out to be depressing to translate. This is also my first translation. If you have actual criticism, please go to the translation thread linked in the description and point out the lines you have issues with. Also know that the original story was poorly written to begin with. Never forget, garbage in equals garbage out. I didn't translate a Pulitzer.
Anyway, there have been decent swing/swap games. 'Gyaruzuma Sex - Hoka no Otoko ni Inwai Houshi Suru Ai Suru Tsuma' was pretty good and had a cuck as the protag but showed both POV. 'My Girlfriend Gets Aroused Watching Me Having Sex With Another Girl' is pretty good, but you're not a cuck. Your GF is. So it's from the better POV. 'Gal Kano Selfish Body and Uninhibited Girlfriend' wasn't so great since it's implied that the MC never does a raw shot but the other guys do. It's one of those; the better POV would be the GFs, stories. I liked the 'What's Mine is Yours' series. Especially since it uses the Koikatsu engine. I dislike some of the swap stories that are good stories, but use other more 'realistic' game systems or make unrealistic bodys in Koikatsu. No girl is going to have a waist that small and boobs that big without implants. The only criticism I have for the WMIY series is that the latest entries are slow coming and the story is getting routes and dealing with realistic issues. The first three were super campy kinetic novels and I ate that up. The new one is still good, but I miss that 'throw everything at the wall and see what sticks' methodology the first three had. Still enjoying every second of it.

It's nice to hear some feedback on my story. Also, some appreciation for my aesthetic for my characters, I tried to make them as realistic as possible, giving the breasts a look of weight and giving the girls more natural if idealized proportions. I also dislike some of the freaks of nature fellow users of koikatsu manage to come up with. I wanted to make the story a bit more detailed with more natural interactions but eventually that got buried in a pile of melodrama and I realized I had written myself into a corner. The story is far too heavy to work and so I eventually gave up.

As someone who has spent the last three months doing world building, plot writing, and learning how to use Koikatsu for a game I want to make, I understand that. I just finished a text draft of chapter 1 and chapter 1 redux and I still have 4 (8) more to go. This is going to be a kinetic novel. I have to avoid plot holes, make characters both interesting and unique without making edgelords. The world has to adhere to the magic systems and various political factions that rarely come up. There's so much lore that will never be seen in game because it's world building this is needed for meta context, but will only get at best, hints from the dialog in game. It's frustrating. I'm also trying to avoid the 'Bad Communication Kills' trope by making misunderstandings realistic instead of 'just didn't ask the obvious'. I figured I'd write the whole thing as a light novel first, then adapt it to Ren'Py without sex scenes, ie just write a very brief description of the scenes, and then elaborate the scenes in Koikatsu. Though I also need to make sure Koikatsu can do some of the stuff I want. Large bodied (spider girls, lamia, etc) monster girls are off the table. That removed most of the forest arc, so now it skips to the tavern. I'll have to learn how to use Blender for the coin scenes if I want to put them in, otherwise it's be a boring info dump. Same for the dire bear encounter that is important in setting up a major plot point later.
Point is, I get the work aspect. If I had the time (and had access to a good, not expensive, art school) I could take courses in Blender and solve all of these issues.
Regardless, your stories still rock and we're all still on board with them.

From what I understand about fantasy it is normal to write a whole bunch of worldbuilding stuff that the user will never see. Part of it is to make sure you have a living breathing world that could actually exist and doesn't rely on deus ex machina to explain away things such as an adventure guild or a demon lord. Tolken had notebooks filled with details about middle earth everything from the family trees to daily life there is an insane level of detail that the readers never saw but made middle earth seem more like a living breathing world rather than just a setting for a story.

From my experience most of the games with swinging that don't go the ntr path are games that aren't especially focused on swinging to begin with, but in which it's an option to spice up things past a certain point. Like Solvalley School (which contains a lot of such scenes, even if it's still a minority of the content), Desert Stalker and many other ones. Sometimes it's just a small number of scenes, but it works.
It seems that swinging is a good addition to add variety and wilder content, but it's (seemingly) rarely considered (by the devs) as a good central theme unless there's the possibility of going in a darker road, more ntr-ish.
So in practice it's either an addition to a "normal"/random game, or the first step for ntr.

Not translated (despite being drawn by Tony Taka himself), but apparently focused on swinging and never going the ntr way.To be fair, it would cost more time and budget as it would need to produce more branching paths that will impact how their relationship will go depending on the choices the players made unless you wanted a single choice to determine the entire route. Not to mention the different variations of the sex scenes for each status quo (like when the GF fucked the other guy, she might just having fun, actually fell in love with him, or even become a funny sex scene) and this is just the GF. There's still Friend's GF and swinging scene as well
And since NTR is their forte so it makes sense for them to just produce easy money than do actual effort

Gosh, that freaking arrogance and sense of entitlement that stem from utter and terminal stupidity...
Let me break it for you, though I doubt it'll change anyting for the reasons stated above:
Nobody 'should' do anything for you, cause nobody owes you anything. You got the game and corrected MTL which took time to produce for free here. It says so (corrected MTL) clearly on the first page, don't like the proposition - which is definetely better than running additional software to get UNcorrected MTL with delays for translation on-the-go - you walk.
Better yet go and produce better translation if you don't like this one (create your own game etc.) - but the problem here is that skills and willingness to invest time of you folks are capped at posting that somebody 'should' go and do something for you.

Yeah it's not like kayot had a patreon or anything like that, he truly did it for free. If I can have more of those untranslated games MTLed with heavy proof reading, I happily take it.
Personally, I prefer for the focus to be on the cheater's pleasure rather than on how the cuck/cuckquean feels about it. Ideally, they'd be oblivious for most, if not all, of the story.
On that note, what does the NTR look like in this game?

I like the story when the POV isn't focused exclusively on the cuck or the cuck is still having sex and not being excluded. My primary hatred of NTR games/manga is exclusion or lesser involvement. That's the part that hurts me. This story has two routes, though the swing route is shorter. The cuck route has the worst kind of protag. He stops participating in the sex. Now if his dick was like super tiny or he was a jerk I wouldn't care, but it's the same size as the other guys and he's a decent guy. It just feels like the other three are being mean. Ironically in swing party there is a size difference, but that game handles it really well.
It's more Netorase than Netorare, even in the cuck ending. The Swing ending is self-explanatory. The Cuck ending leads us to believe it's netorare, but in actuality, it's more netorase. Cliff notes version (spoiler warning) Friends start swinging. MC has to spend time away from his gf and friends due to family issues. MC doesn't tell gf to stop hanging out with them. GF keeps hanging out and having sex with the other couple. MC feels uneasy about what she might be doing (he has suspicions, but doesn't actually know). MC catches them in the act, but discovers he feels excited about it. They (GF and his male friend) have a talk about it and MC decides he wants her to continue having sex with the other couple, except now his GF updates him about what she's been doing with the couple. In the end, they start hanging out again and MC gets to enjoy watching his gf have sex in person.
As you see, not NTR in that he loses his gf, but there are moments of jealousy underlying his want for her to have sex with another man.
Not exactly the case. MC stops participating in their swinging parties because his grandfather is in the hospital, and he spends most of his days visiting him. He didn't just stop. The other 3 aren't being mean about it either. They had been swinging for a while before MC has to step away, and since MC didn't tell his gf to stop, they didn't really think it was a big deal to continue without him. The moment his friend realizes that MC caught them in the act and ran away, he called him out to talk about it. That's when his friend realized that it was different than before, and by not including him, it's cheating. His gf came to the same conclusion and was ready to stop before MC confessed the "cheating" excited him. So, they decided to continue their arrangement, and MC and his gf remained a happy, though unconventional couple. There was no maliciousness to it. They just didn't stop to consider that it was different without MC present, but were able to come to an understanding in the end.

I think I'll just fall back on, if it floats their boat. I mean, at one time rape in hentai bothered me. Now it's weird when the manga's 100% wholesome. Some of the other Atelier Sakura games have descriptions that sound terrible, but I went ahead and played them since the art is good and the endings aren't bad. 'My Beloved Childhood Friend Sleeps with Anyone' sounds like a serious cuck game, but both endings have the MC still participating. Ones just a bit more sticker than the other. I expected a bad ending for 'My friend stole my girlfriend' but the extended ending was honestly kind of wholesome.
The MC in 'NTR Sisters Mia and Yumi' is kind of annoying me a bit since he's putting women on a pedestal. Like dude, everyone is flawed, Mia's kind of pissing me off with her 'I cannot be with the one I love for I am corrupted', like seriously? Those four need to sit down and have a non-drugged dinner (for once) and MC needs to treat the relationship for what it is. Sex friends. The world is vast and unknowable, use the sisters for what they want and find someone better later on if it's not his cup of tea. Just be grateful that STD/STIs aren't a thing in most Hentai. Plus I'm guessing the sisters are on contraceptives (lotta cum and no missing periods) so it's fine. My fear with cheating is getting saddled with a kid that isn't mine and having the court system make me a 'dad by default' regardless of DNA test results. That and it's much easier for a girl to cheat than a guy.
Honestly, if STD/STIs weren't a thing in the real world, heredity was traced through the matron line instead of the patron line, and the court systems saw it that way, then a lot of these games would be downright normal.
