Try to change regional standarts:
Press win+r and then type intl.cpl then press ok. Set Japan in the top select field, press ok. Change it back after playing.
I got it working with ntleas
In the beginning I tried Locale.Emulator, but as I understand it does not work on x64 applications

LMAO you HAVE to be trolling, no western h game comes close to even Illusion's mediocre games, shit, no western h game is ever FINISHED. The problem is the "devs" in the west for these kinds of games are too greedy, they never want to hire more people to work on a project and try to do it all by themselves, or the team is too small, so it never gets anywhere, and if they are "finished" the ending was rushed and theres not nearly enough penetrative sex scenes in the game, just a million blowjobs and handjobs, that shit is so boring

Depends if you limit it only to character creator h games (as of right now) japanese have more to offer but they are already outdated.
Overall the west have much better products to offer.
City Of Broken Dreamers, Being A Dik, Afterglow, The Awakening, Summertime Saga, Confined With Godesses, The Twist, MIST, Taffy Tales, Dating My Daughter, Something Unlimited, SexNote, Life In Woodchester, The Manor, Hero Sex Academia, My Daily Lives Of My Countryside, Four Elements Trainer, House Chores, Subverse, Amity Park the list goes on and on.
The Visit, Insexual Awakening, A Zombie's Life, Town Of Passion, Dreams Of Desire, Melody, Urban Demons, Zombie's Retreat, My Cute Roommate, Treasure Of Nadia, Dark Neighborhood all of this games are completed, yeah some of other completed titles feel rushed gotta give you that like Taboo Request.

Don't know about Japan but admittedly the western adult community have a lot of scammers like Icstor, PsychoDelusional , MrZZ, Gumdrop, Whootch and so on and so forth.
This is mainly because of patreon's subscriber system which is pay without beeing sure if you get something for it.
They should abolish that practice and change to "Pay per Build" setting which would stop scammers drastically.

In general japanese games are technically lagging behind, the west have much better products, especially when we talk about open world titles like GTA, RDR, Cyberpunk, the only thing where i see the japanese industry is above westeners is when it comes to free expression they don't let political correctnes dictate what they have to put into there games and what not.
But animations, physics, graphics, models, map & possibility whise western game world is far greater.
Okay one more thing: japan have better ideas but the implementation is horrible.

Go to post #387; it did the trick for me.
I'm now stuck on a loading screen, chose the girls then saved the game. when i clicked the option to continue there is a loading and it's been there for about 6min now more or less
