i have game client from makotoyuki90, and now, i already installing HFpatch 2.7 and kplug 1.82

so how to instal new update ? step by step, can you help me ? please

my client is very, very old and outdate for mods, and update....
Double click on the exe go where is the dlc folder->go in koikatsu\setup copy the folder abdata and Userdata from the dlc folder-> paste abdata and UserData in your main game folder.

Attention emotioncreators folder is for Emotion Creators program. EC and KK are different program.

go to the free h, select darknes, you see xx girls witch you can select, write down the names, now in game find 1 of those girls, let her follow you, go 3th floor there is 1 room, with a darkhand icon, it work only with 1 of the girls from dark(and after school time, not earlyer), like this

Ok for the darkness dlc which I seen several replies about but I have tried everything.

I can access the darkness content via free h mode and the girl that can be access are 6, one of them is Takase Ichika who has "humble" as personality.

When I go into story mode I tried all sorts, prior to being friends, friends and also as lover with her. I got her to follow me and went to the 3rd floor corridor and I know it's the room to the players left (position is based on when you're at floor 2 and entering to the third floor). However, the blue hand icon symbol that I see in the screenshots does not appear. I tried at all time intervals, lunch, club time and of course the one people mention only available without mod which is after school.

But the icon doesn't appear at all. A few post back I saw a post mentioning they had the same issue and solved it using window mode, for me I tried full screen and windows mode but nothing seems to work and give me the icon.

I know I ahve the darkness DLC as it's available in free H mode but it's not available in story mode no matter what I tried even though the girl is 100% available in the darkness free h mode.

Has anyone got any advice? I tried searching all around this forum but couldn't find an answer for this.

As speedynl told me just a while ago, the time of day matters: try to bring the girl to the 3rd floor after classes (the last period before you go home), not before that. it worked for me, and i was just as stumped as you.

Remember, to get that icon appears in the freeroam mode you get off the "first time" tag in that girl.

Summer Personality Expansion = 4 personalities (Honest IMO is the main one)
After School Expansion = 4 personalities (Sadistic is my favorite) with more options in dates (that's why the name)
Yoyaku DLC = Only 1 personality (Sitri from HS in Koikatu, A.K.A Sitri's Origins)

The steam version offers the character creator, the H-Scenes in the "Have Sex" mode, and Concert feature, both in the Extras menu. There is no story mode or school content on the unpatched steam version.

With the Koikatsu Party Special Patch from the website, you restore the story mode and school content that illusion were forced to remove in order to bring the game to steam.

There's no DLC's included, (DLC Personalities, After School features and Darkness, which is the most unlikely to appear out of all of them) but, if you probably give it some time, then they'll possibly surface soon. It doesn't come with VR, and yet, that's pretty much 100% coming soon (

) along with simplified and traditional chinese language translations on the way. Give it some time, and maybe more of this content we don't have now will come to steam soon.

And if you actually WANT more of this stuff in the west, saving people from fan-translating, and getting more straight-to-worldwide support and releases, then you should go ahead and buy it.

That's fucking ironic because ILLUSION is the same publisher, so all the earnings go near directly to them.

"add**" files are called AssetBundleManifest, only the official additional contents can have them. So these manifested assets(.unity3d) are flagged as part of vanilla and distinct from mods.

add20(After School), add50(emocre_yoyaku) and add54(Darkness Part1) are the huge ones, where they fundamentally alter the system of the game in some way. Other patches are less of an issue with mod compatibility.

emotion creator and koikatu/koikatsu are two different thing. Both program use a different game engine version.

Emotion creator only create VN, KK it's a game.
That scene from the link can be only loaded from chara studio and not from the main game.
To load the scene you need drag and drop the file.png in UserData\Studio\scene, boot chara studio->system->load.
