How do you defeat the casino boss? I try to attack with magic because both bosses steal a lot of TP on their attacks. Even with full TB Emeraude says that Mario Netter's doll distracts her and i need more TP but my TP are full? Also after that my TP are at 70 so the doll counter didnt even take all my TP.
Edit: I started the fight in civilian form and Mario Netter stopped using his doll after transforming in combat. Not sure this is intended or a bug.
Intended. If you fight untransformed it often helps disable gimmicks, but you are much weaker.
In terms of how to beat them, you can disable the special abilities by doing 8 tasks before arriving in the Casino.
Chat with Helio until Emerald groans about Helio never letting her visit her place. Also look her up in the Encyclopedia. Read the headlines on the Molester Express at least twice and read the Memo in the Storage room basement. Before leaving Stage 3, make sure you read about Subject H for 3 Keyfobs at the far terminal. When you return from the Train, talk to Helio and get her to delete the Quarta rumors on the forum.
If you are playing on Easy or Normal, there is a letter in the top corner of Emerald's room that will tell you how many of the 10 tasks you've done. You should have 8/10 before going to the Casino.
You then need to not lose in the first fight at the Casino, and buy the ASMR H-Record with 1000 Silver Balls.
Alternatively, the Puppeteer's ability does have a TP check but it is still RNG based. You can force your way through it. Using Energy Pills helps a lot.
