Do you play with the option on to remove characters from the game, from what I understood, that way it forces the game to fill the game world with new 'unfamiliar' characters once known characters get removed.
Another unique character on that list, thick little Mexican girl who had a minor quest if you hired her

When you finish it. Otherwise, shit ain't getting done fam. No, really. SOMEBODY has to render all that shit out, and it is a lot of shit, but nobody really has the time or desire to do it. People just want it done. You can do it tho. Be a hero.
The last I've played (not with the newest build) she was there. I always go for her, I really like her style.
But she has no quest, I'm quite sure. There are some little quests (cure for the fever, the smoothing oil, chemist's daughter, etc.), they could be triggered with anyone when "the stars are right".
I usually try for Chemist's daughter to trigger, and Kendra is an ideal subject for this, but it's not _her quest_. I think you need a quite young girl as employee, she has to be single, and there are some other conditions, too.

All crises have a random chance of being selected. Some crises have very specific requirement you need to meet for them to trigger the next event, and in this case the "chemist's daughter" has 3:
- If you're running the standard progression type then it has a chance of triggering 28 days into a new game
- You need to expose any of your family members to you cum AT LEAST 6 times (this is an incest check)
- You need AT LEAST 11 employees at your company
Some random events in the office require 11+ employees and at least one of them with specific conditions: chemist daughter in Production with x.age < 25 and x.kids == 0 and x.days_employed > 7, cuckold wife with x.sluttiness >= 50 and x.kids == 0 and x.relationship == "Married" and not x.is_pregnant - both with some other minor conditions. They will not be indicated on the map when you meet the conditions, you will need to spend time in the office waiting until they randomly trigger.
I have a 2024.09 build (bundled with smaller mods, downloaded from a post this forum) running, now I tried to hire new employes, she was right there in the first batch. Sylvia Weissfeldt, the blondie with her distinct green clothes and red shawl.
I'm quite sure if you see in your hire batch any patreon character (Kendra, Dinah, Svetlana, etc.), then they are all there, you only need luck, patience and savescumming to get her.
Those patreon characters are just characters with preset stats and clothing correct? There is no forced character stats/relationships/family members beyond physicial attributes right?

they have their own stats, not a whole lot and no storylines or anything.

See, now that's weird because I spammed hiring for like 2 weeks straight and she didn't appear, even reloaded and did my hiring again and nothing... I must have greatly offended RNJesus.
Did you put any hiring filter policies by accident? Like "must have kids" or "milf only" or "married" etc? That might have accidentally filtered her out of your hiring pool based on her RNG roll

If you use tha AIO script linked on Discord , nope , but if you want "last version" you have to update each time Tristim post a new version of last develop .

How to first start using the LR2 AIO Script: LR2 AIO Script
1️⃣ Have Git Bash installed on your machine.

2️⃣ Download the LR2_AIO_Script:

3️⃣ Move the script into an empty folder and run it.
4️⃣ Follow the instructions given by the script and be patient. (As it reaches Filtering Content: 206 <--- it will take time, as it is the 1.7gig image files for the game, be patient! If it finishes way too quickly, you either have a NASA internet or your git LFS is broken.)
5️⃣ Run the LR2_AIO_Script again inside the newly created lr2mod folder.
6️⃣ Extract the newly created file named 'LR2R-Runtime.zip' into the same folder as this script and run it again to install mods.
7️⃣ When it asks to delete RPYC files, always say Yes!
Launch game. Happy Gaming!!! This script can also install Kina's, Kaden's, and VT-Mod.
=> Run it again to update everything.
