I've played this game a lot, but I've tended to focus more on the business side, so I never did the harem mansion. What kind of benefits does it have?

None really, just that you get all your pets in one place. And they all walk around in their underwear

You can change their weight, breast size, hair color/style, wardrobe, increase their sluttiness, and change their opinions on various sexual things. If you mean changing their personalities in terms of the flavor text, I don't think that's possible.
Nah, it is exactly what I meant. Hopefully they get sluttier as time goes on too.
The sluttiness system helps with that and the bimbofication serum along with trance influence to make them love all the sex fetishes you prefer. It's more of an open system but it is possible to turn a A cup reserved personality brunette/raven haired beauty into a FF busty bimbo that loves all the dirtiest stuff

Haven't downloaded an updated version since 2023... first off, why is it now more difficult to get sluttiness cheated characters to have sex? Mom & Lily especially, it's just, "Okay, we can do the light petting, and then you have to complete much later story things before we can go further" which would be fine, if I trance them into breeding fetish... oh, their birth control has been changed too recently... wait, what?
Here's all these things that are slowing down the players who play the game with the cheats included in the mod! Why?
I have no idea why, but Starbuck's Shop never appeared on the map... what's the route to get it to show up?
I also have no idea what I did, but, I did the 'Get to know Erica' scene, and then? She disappeared from the map entirely, and I haven't seen her since, and since we didn't hardly know each other, I can't challenge her to a race.

This is where you should take a look at githud. I'm not gonna compile all data by hand for you xD
You can't finish Stephanie's or her sister Ashley's story, their conclusions haven't been written yet. Open the MC's phone, select story progress, click on the person you want hints on, the hints are vague enough to not spoil scenes. You'll see in text something like 'next step not written' or something similar.
That's practically impossible to compile and be specific. Changes are being made regularly, for example, running the updater that downloads from Git, I got this at the time of this post "41 files changed, 63 insertions, 226 deletions." Even if somebody did compile and list the changes,they'd most likely be outdated a short while later.
I see, so more has been added since I last played. Sorry about that.

I have events not triggering: Ashley's has still not started her 'male-serum' event chain and her personal story-chain is stuck(?) after taking her to the classical music event and her story description keeps standing on 'needs some time' or something like that. It has been weeks in-game. The last story interaction is the one where I took her out for coffee to discuss her being a GF/fuckbuddy the same time with Stephanie and I said to keep it secret...
