Is there a mod for this that adds actual animations? This game has like 6 images and a million words. Its like im playing a text adventure.

Very detailed thank you I have done all of that in the past and never once got the message triggering the close of the club but this is a nice post for those that may get it using this methodI found a way to trigger the strip club events.
Get to know Erica (by visiting the gym for example) and use the "get to know her" interaction in gym once (!). Don`t interact with her any further until the strip club event chain is completed.
You need to know the sex shop owner Cara (i don`t know wether you need to interact with her further or meeting her once is enough, i usually get her slutty fast and invest as soon and much as possible)
Your aunt and cousin need to live in their own appartment. You need to blackmail your cousin / having the blackmailing option unlocked.
Your cousin needs to be slutty enough (can`t tell you the exact amount, because i usually push her sluttiness quite fast to max).
Than the event will trigger that your aunt wants you to find out what your cousin is doing at night.
You will need to see your cousin stripping at the strip club (blackmail her, search her room, wander the streets and find the strip club by chance or during the Sarah event chain, their are multiple options). After you have seen her stripping at the strip club talk to her at her room the next day and use the new interaction "i have seen you stripping" (this talk is important, just seeing her stripping and not talking to her afterwards is not enough).
You need to hire Sarah. During her event chain when you catch her stealing the breast enhancing serum (you need to have it researched) tell her to take all of them (i read somewhere that if you tell her not to take any of the serum and keep her small breasts is also okay but i never tried that, cause i like them busty). Pursue the event chain until Sarah invites you to the strip club.
If you have done all that (it`s possible to do it quite simultaneously) you should get a call/text message from your cousin that the strip club is about to close. After it has been closed you`ll be able to buy it with the help of your cousin and Cara (the sex shop owner) a couple of days later for 50k (or was it 60k...i am not sure right now ^.^, but quite cheap).
I bought the strip club in my last 3 playthroughs. It`s worth it

Did you invest fully in the sex shop? I haven't done a deep dive into the conditions necessary to trigger the strip club, but the last time I did it, I got the sense that it followed pretty directly from maxing out the basic sex shop investment.

Yeah, I have played the game prob 100 times since the mod released and done all the variations people post not once has it triggered so it's one of the main reasons, I play it again for completionist

In my case, the event never triggered even though all conditions were met, so I decided to follow another route: usually, I discovered my cousin's new job by blackmailing her. Instead, I "wandered the streets" until I discovered the strip club and then I confronted her while she was working there.
So, I guess there's a bug with the "demand she tell you what she does at night" blackmail interaction: it unblocks the strip club but not the foreclosure event.

You might be onto something there. I think I always do the Wander option, just because it fits better with the narrative I'm roleplaying, and I never seem to have any issue unlocking the foreclosure (the few times I've gotten that far).
Are the only sleep sex Events with your mom and sister? Like once you're in a relationship with any of your other girlfriends can you sneak into their rooms at night?

VT 4.0.32 is the latest... basically waiting for the next stable release and taking a break from it for a bit
while the VT Mod is stable atm. Don't want to suffer from programming burnout i'm actually a little surprised the strip club foreclosure not triggering is so prevalent. i've had it foreclosed in every single one of my playthroughs regardless of what i'm doing. i typically ignore the cousin cuz i'm not a big fan of her but i always pursue the aunt and the sex shop lady... i also heavily invest in the sex shop lady cuz her storyline gives more sex skill..

If you mean you're still playing v2024.08 then yes, I think it got broken between that version and some develop version from a couple months ago. I think the aunt/sex shop story was updated after v2024.08, right? I vaguely remember having problems with the strip club forclosure after that.
My last aborted playthrough for some unknown reason the breast enlargement trait just vanished from my list, I could not research it, but I was able to buy the strip club. As reported earlier, it appears to be that during part of Sarah's quest the purchase is locked out, but can be done before or after.

Yeah I also saw the full list of conditions and had done them too but never got the trigger the "demand she tell you what she does at night" blackmail interaction" was not the trigger for me either as I have said previously and don't want to tie up the thread it just has never once triggered for me even when I used to be able to look at the code with UNREN which no longer unpacks it I still could not trigger it using the tags for the trigger. I always play an up-to-date version

New clothing is about a thousand times harder to do in this game than adding more scripted scenes or polishing the business mechanics. There was someone working on an overhaul of it on the game's Discord, no idea how long that will take.
is this game dead? Any mods I should know about? This was such a fine game. Why do the best games get abandoned and the shity ones are getting updates every month.
The game looks like it's being updated almost daily on Git. Not sure when the next major release will be. I'm waiting for that too.
