You can also just delete the RealPornMod folder from the game/mods/ of the precompiled upload. There hasn't been any adverse effects as of yet.

I'm stuck at installing Forge, it's telling me there's an issue with 'torch' or something, and the solutions I'm finding are also confusing. But if I ever get past THAT, this should be helpful, thanks.

OK, was able to do something to get past that (installed ReForge, messed with some settings I don't remember).
Now I'm in the game and not getting the 'not connected' message! But when I select GenAI Config, I get this error message:
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content.

and clicking the buttons under where a character's image would be while you talk to them do nothing. Stable Diffusion webui is open.

IDK, did you read the instructions for that GenAI tool? Maybe it needs a specific SD package, like A1111 is the old standard UI from when homemade AI became popular.
Otherwise, ComfyUI is the new standard for all the fancy stuff like video loops. But super annoying to set up and use, it does nothing out of the box.
Packages in Stabilitymatrix can be simply added and removed with 1 click.

I don't know who decided to name the new one 2024.09, but they were dates before. 2024.08 came out in August (the 8th month) of 2024, and the version before that was 2024.05, which came out in May 2024 (the 5th month). If .05 had been the fifth AIO build of 2024, then the one that came out in August would've been .06, and there would be a 2024.04 and 2024.03, and .02 and 01 floating around out there. I'm pretty sure you won't ever find any such versions, because they were just named after the month they came out. (In fact, I think there was a version 2023.07.11, indicating the exact day it came out.)
They used to have the usual sequential numbers like most games do. They were up to v0.51 or maybe v0.52 last I checked, but they stopped doing that.
Since the one before 2024.08 was three months earlier, there doesn't seem to be any regular cadence like that.

2024.08 is the last master release. The dev branch thus go up a number so it made a distinction between the 2 version. If it get release this month, the stable version aka f95's release will then be 2025.04. Then the cycle starts again with the dev version gets 2025.05

I mean, both to an extent, but mostly playing your workplace sexual harassment simulator at your place of employment. All it takes is someone googling what you're playing for things to end poorly for you.
then changing the reason, is it possible to turn off the display of the character anyway?

There should be an image file for every model in every pose and every clothing item in every pose. You can, in theory replace each of those images with one of the same name and dimensions without causing any issues to how the application runs. Otherwise you'll have to look through the source code and find the functions that load the image(s) and comment them out. A quick and dirty thing to try might be to just delete the image folder and see whether the image just won't load or if it causes errors, depending how the game is coded to handle unrecognized image names. You can also do work at work =).

Game is fine, 7 - 10, but, I would change the UI colors, or at least give the option to change it, I would reorganize some menus and finally add some more different haircuts as the ones there look so fake and awful... finally if I could as for a major "feature" would be sex animations and some more events, thanks for sharing ...
