I know about that, I'm asking because both Lily and Jennifer have relationship status single, and I remember Jennifer having a note that she isn't currently dating anyone.
As far as i know there are only 5-6 other males that are described in this game, with the optional NTR scenes the nuber get high as 9-10. That is not a big number. Therefore options are not as big. There are additionally some SO/husbands of the other NPC, but game is focused on the relations with the MC.

I haven't played the unmodded game in a very long time, but I'm pretty sure the closest either of those two get to dating is convincing Jennifer to use her sex appeal on her boss. Unless I'm mistaken that was as far as development got on that storyline.
Anyone know how to increase the girls' Sex Skills without Trance (1-2, 2-3, 3-4...), and when it caps?
And how to increase a girl's Serum Tolerance?

The answer to two of your questions is "I'm pretty sure you don't," and uhh... if there is a cap it would probably be the same as the player's cap, but I don't remember there being one. You'll just need to hunt down employees who have higher tolerance if it's that important to you. You could also try to find a version of the game from before tolerance was introduced, but this is a long abandoned project, so you probably won't have a lot of luck. This is all assuming you're playing the base game. If you're playing the modded version you should be asking questions on that thread.
Looking at the game code:
- There's no way to increase the skill without trance. There's no hard cap, either, but every 2 points of increase cost twice the amount of clarity, so it's very hard to get any skill (including sex) above +20 or so, compared to the base value.
- You can't. It's locked at 2. That doesn't mean you can't feed her a third serum, just that her mood will go way down when >2 potions are active.
Switch to the modded game which is developing, there is no need to keep to this one.
tried before, hated it, forgot about this game, Came back again wondering if I can even play it this time, still unable to play since I don't know what to do in this game. Like all I see is a dating sim than an actual mc game since it literally doesn't tell me how to even do anything. Like that scene where some random ceo sees you, asks you if you know how to run a business then you say no and this ceo just says "great, come work at my office" then just leave you in the office with no instructions or anything, just turns on the computer for you, grabs his bags and then just does this good bye tilt with the hat and leaves.

it is a game , not a linear virtual story.
and said that, i prove my own words , because i play this game for a long time and the scene you decribed i never got ;-)
basic line in the game is to develop all kind of serums and seduce everyone were you have interst in
when you are far enough in game you can change the appearance off every girl , body from slim to fat or vice versa
change faces change hairstyle change personal preferences etc , just to your likening
tips
dont make to suspicious serums in the beginning because ccity control fines you and without enough money its game over
take some people in to help you , give them after a week a bad work report chage to fire them but keep them at your compagny
then they will work for less money and obey and love you a bit more ( after you earn enough money do the opposite and give them a raise)
So I just spawn serums or what? Like that's what I'm asking. It doesn't tell me where and how. Like I see that I need to hire people but like just how and what order?

The game got a tutorial that you follow to get your first serums up and running so the way you describe the play tells me you never even tried to play this game. There is no one way to play just start the game follow what the tutorial tells you then do what you want from there on.
Make money and get all the girls for your harem that you want with or with out using any serums.
If you want more guidance than the tutorial and in-game info give you I've written a couple guides and a week one walkthrough of sorts. They're posted in the OP

is that a tutorial to you? Like I literally went with the introduction, went to the part where I see the Stephanie, then I'm lost cause it didn't mention anything or even show like "hey go here" like a normal tutorial

You should have gone to the production room to finish up that part of the tutorial and then on to the office for the supply side.
It tells you in game what to do next but if you skip over it then that's on you.
which is why I came here asking where to then see that part of the tutorial so thank you.

So I've seen in the thread for the modded version of LR2 that you don't really play that version of the game, but I was wondering if any of the guides that you've posted here would be viable in the modded version?
