You must select how much to sell and how much to keep, if you have all on auto sell then you wont get any unless you go over the limit of how much you can sell each day then you can get some.
Post a screen shot of production if you can.

Yes, I do this, but I just don't get any production
This is my production line at the moment.
I am not selling anything at the moment, as I am using money cheats, I just wanna have and use the serums.
I also do not have anyone on marketing because I don't want to sell. I don't get any notifications about my team getting some production done either.
I don't get the mastery thing. Does it affects the purity of what you get or what? Because in some cases I don't understand how you can bleach more a hair or it can be "more blue" or something.

You need employees assigned to production. You need supplies to produce with, and employees assigned to replenish those supplies when used. And, since from the titles of your serums it seems like they're pretty advanced, I'll assume you've used research cheats and your serums have high production point demands, so you'll need time or a LOT of production people generating production points.
If you've followed the production tutorial and you know all that already, then you might have a legit bug. If you're using the Reformulate overhaul rather than the vanilla game, I suggest you either post this issue in that thread, or join the Discord for Reformulate and post the issue there.
Impreganator share your save if you're playing the vanilla game. I'll take a look at what's going on. My instinct is that you just need to be patient. With a max serum tier of 3 I'm with SenPC thinking those are probably advanced serums and require a lot of production per batch (serums are created in batches, not singly), while they're each getting only 30/30/40% of the production your two? staff are producing. And we don't even know if your supply staff are bottlenecking the process
Yes, I have employees assigned to production, I have supplies and have people assigned to supplies. They DO use them from time to time, but nothing appears, nor do I get a notification. I don't let them consume the serums. Aaand I am using the vanilla game

I did not read the complete tutorial to be honest. I normally do, but was exited that I finally got this game to run and I get turned down when there's SO much text before a scene. Normal games, sure, I read every single graffitti I come across (looking at you L4D), but in a porn game? Come on...
And yes, I only have 2 girls working on production, although their stats are good I think. Production on 10 or so

Change all to 0 but for one and set it to 100% then you work all day in production and see what you get.
If your production is low for you and your people then it will take a long time at 30% to get any serum.
It was a sunday so I could only do 2 "Produce Serum" which gave me 5 production points each, as well as supplying myself. And these are the results for the day, nothing.

Do it on a week day but I have to say you have very low supply and production for what you are trying to produce.
I have to redownload this version because I only play the modded version now.

Dammit, I was suspecting that. An example would be much appreciated. I try to set myself on a specific story (mostly in my head it seems). But I just recently learned about the modded one so I might just go there in a short time. I still want to know how the damn thing works properly.

I read the Taboo break because I was having trouble with the pictures for Instapik thing, so thanks a lot for those!
The 1st week guide goes more in-depth on the mechanics of the game, the terms, the serum management, and sex mechanics plus I link to my initial prototype guide in it as well that's a little more detailed but less organized
Here's a quick production guide:
When looking at a serum, "production required" shows how much production needs to accumulate before a batch of that serum is created. Production accumulates each turn anyone works in the production department and supplies are available. Once the total production exceeds the "production required" threshold for a serum one batch will be added to your company stock. Default size for a batch is 5 or 6, I don't recall which exactly, and can be raised with "batch size improvement" company policies.
If you don't have enough supplies to meet the potential production of your production staff (after the supply staff works the same turn) then production will be bottlenecked by the supplies you do have. So always have enough staff in your supply department to exceed the demand in production. Just passing time one turn (not working in supply or production yourself) and watching "current raw supplies" in the bottom left will show if you have a surplus or deficit in your supply department. If it goes down, hire more supply staff

No, I was asking about the vanilla game.
But I was able to sort things out. I didn't know you could set a HIGH amount of serum supplies to have, I put something like 300, bought them and immediately got a batch of like 40-50 serums. I'll keep fiddling with those numbers to understand it better.
Do you happen to know how does mastery affect the serum? Is there a limit?
