First, wrong game, that screenshot is from Lab Rats 2.
Second, this is from some very old version of Lab Rats 2. Search for the thread (note that Lab Rats 2 itself is abandoned, but there's a mod which picked up the story) and download a current version.

Thanks. This was along with lab rats 1 images so I thought I missed something

You can't have the Backups folder in there too.
Like with LUA, Ren'Py searches all the folders and compiles, so in "game" you COULD have all the .py files just loose, but it's much easier to develop games with the files organized.
