There's cumflation and you can change the character's boob size but thats about it

Expansion sort of exists in the form of cumflation, but the way the game does it sucks. Your cumflation is based on your total essence, which in this game is your gold/currency. Someone know what flametorch doing now?
What combination of cards is everyone using to beat the game on hard mode I'm having a tough time unless I get lucky and get tons of bleed cards, the artifact that upgrades a random card if I don't pick one, and black holes for single target damage. I'm forgetting cards whenever I can and only taking cards I need but I'm still dying because I can't get enough shield to tank really big hits on level 3.

While bleed is definitely helpful, you could pull it off by replacing most of the starting cards with mostly Sadism and Haste and supplementing with whatever, really. You just have to keep your deck size small and avoid putting the cart before the horse. If a card looks potentially useful, but you don't have the other cards to make it work, don't pick it. Only pick niche cards if you're confident you can make some immediate use of it. Hell, I got through one game with like a a few copies of Haste, Sadism, and Hatred and deleting the starting magic missile and shield cards whenever I could. Using Infusion and/or Mana Stream while still holding Haste/Sadism means you're only recycling Chill and Hatred. Having cards with the Extinct trait can be useful if you already have supporting artifacts.
Try to figure out what synergizes well.

The source for this game feels rather suspicious. It says that it was downloaded from SKIDROWRELOADED.com but as far as I know, scene groups don't have a site. This file may be infected with malware or viruses and should be double checked, imo...

The game caches all of its assets when lauching, so it takes a while; just don't input anything until it's loaded to avoid triggering Windows's window ghosting:

If it's still auto-closing, even without any input, try to find a program that injects a call to DisableProcessWindowsGhosting into other programs.
If all fails, a log is kept at %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Flametorch\LastEvil under the name of Player.log.
No idea what you're talking about. If you are talking about mods, they go into their own separate folder.

Thanks I managed opening by alt tabing on another window yesterday so I guessed it was something like that, thank you for confirming it. (I was talking about the steam crack patch)
