I'm glad I checked for this thread on a whim. Thank you for, among other things, updating the cum inflation into what I was actually expecting and not the "always walking around psuedo-pregnant" thing that's the unmodded version.

The missing scene that you restored was something I'd always wondered about - like, it was weird that there were dog monsters but no scenes with them. "Scenes were planned but Steam said no because of legal landmines" answers the "why doggos but no doggo scenes?" question.

Right. I understand some people like that, but linking inflation to the game's currency was a bad design choice in my opinion. If you are running a mod like Essense is Power, you generally want to keep essence high at all times, otherwise you still want to keep your essence high most of the time, in case you run into merchant blocks.

At one point I'd an idea to still apply inflation and decals based on scenes/enemies, but keep track of them in the save file.
Inflation would reduce either by combat turns (gradually, as it works right now with Temptation) or by a button selectable in resting places. Decals would be cleaned only by the button in resting places.
This is quite some work to implement though, so unless other modders create some work that would rekindle my interest in the game, I'll probably not mess with inflation/decals again.

That was just a best guess. Big tech and big tech wannabes tend to avoid rape and beastiality themes as they attract the attention of the mainstream media. Remember this one?

Weirdly enough, that doesn't seem to be what influences Steam. Rather, IIRC some of the countries where Steam can sell adult content still have zero tolerance policies towards certain types of content - most commonly anything even depicting underage children or bestiality.

It's easier for Steam to just blanket ban those types of content rather than have to case-by-case what countries a game can be safely sold in without causing Steam legal trouble.

I am amused by the broadly accepted workaround of "sell an all-ages version on Steam, get patch from publisher's website to put all of the porn back in" though.

amerinaf - if you're using the actual Steam version, you need to go to your Library, Manage->Browse Local Files, go up a few levels to Steamapps, go into the Workshop/Contents folder, and then just start poking around until you find it because everything is going to labelled with a number instead of a name.

This request doesn't make much sense, unless you've a modified Assembly-CSharp.dll of your own.
If you're not running other mods, my changes only require the replacement of a single file, Assembly-CSharp.dll, which you would need to replace/edit anyway in order to restore the scene.

Of the 15 entries in the changelog:
  • 9/15 are just bug fixes, which you want to have regardless of your preferences.
  • 1/15 restores the scene you want.
  • 2/15 add missing features (belly deflation and merchant belly inflation in 2 scenes involving males).
  • 3/15 change the behavior of VISUAL-ONLY features (belly inflation and cum decals), both of which can be disabled in the main menu.
Either way, a simple search on this thread for "restore scene", has my answer at the third result (out of only 3).

How to ask for help:
  1. Be extreme lazy and incompetent as to not search for already addressed subjects.
  2. Still get an answer, adding more detail to the subject and how to search for the previous discussion addressing what was asked.
  3. Be an entitled useless twat and piss off the only person still bothering to help with technical stuff in a dead thread (also the person responsible for restoring the feature you want).
Since you're so smart, figure it out yourself. No one owns you shit, cunt.

  • Fixed purity triggering on wrong effects and reworked it a bit.
  • Fixed immortal triggering on negative (wound) cards.
  • Fixed "Change of Plan" talent not working together with preparation.
  • Fixed a deadlock when surrendering to enemies who have no defeat scenes.
  • Fixed game over unseen scenes from being skipped when "Skip viewed mature scenes" is enabled.

Attached are the modified game's dll and a modified Game Options' dll in order for scene-based inflation to work correctly in the gallery, if you're using Game Options' inflation settings.
Note that this version of Game Options isn't the latest. I've asked the person who originally dumped the mods here if he could dump the latest version and two new mods, but haven't received any response for weeks.

I've also written and attached a Python script for decrypting and formatting the game's data (requires 3rd party library pycrypto or pycryptodome).

Hai hello sorry a question for the game option mod and Decrypt where do iinstall them do i just dump the dll to plugin and decrypt too?

Maybe Hard Stuck would strike your fancy? I don't believe I have seen a similar roguelike game apart maybe for Hellscape (which is now an abandonned project I believe)

Edit: Yeah no new release in five years for hellscape...
