I haven't had the chance to use the fake pills, what are they for and what do they do?

an alien gives you a green bottle of birth control pills, let's say. I gave to two, except my mother. after which each, in the bathroom, on the sink appeared these pills. taking red pills in the medical unit, that is, fake pills, I replaced them all. according to the plot, as I thought, without using a condom in the process, drinking these pills (fake) in theory they should become pregnant ... but alas, nothing happens.
Nothing happens cause content for the fake pills hasn't been implemented yet

This is one of the worst 3D games ever. Not only bad looking, but also extremely unoptimized.

I hope the developer tries to keep things fresh by developing the context a bit, they seem to him at how there's enough "fuel" to move, some character don't mind staying, others want (forgot which ones), maybe they could crash land or end up kidnapped by aliens.

i'm at the verison "3.2", if i download the version 10.1, do i have to play all the game from the beginning again?
There is no information that saves aren't compatible. But you already missed a lot of updates so why not start from scratch again.
oh baby the alien chick from the latest patch is really hot, please make a story with her in the next one, also more dreams please. You can easily develop relationships to be upped to 200, put masterbate moments with Natasha and Adriana, also spending the night in the beds of sis and aunt would be nice addition. A new level of ship would be great like a bar with the dance floor where a new event can be created like party night or something and of course i won't mind adding some hot android bartender (which can be futa or female, or male depending on the night) to be included say built from Natasha. Of course with male you shoud include threesome actions with dps and stuff. Also, some involvement of the basement room would be nice. You could unlock some kind of wet dream bonus like from gathering more than 50 seed in one day to unlock when you go to sleep and wet dreams can be connected to whom you took the most seed from during the day 
. Also the camera feed in the computer should be connected to let's say camera in the bar. From the store you should put options to upgrade bartender some how for example more battery life, more sexual programs included, wet dream with android and stuff. The potencial for growing of this game is really huge ...
