any game that has exactly the same gameplay? i mean first person gameplay and you can move around freely interact with characters like in this game etc.

Yeah, it's called modded SKyrim/Fallout 4. Lmao
Sims 4 with mods, for me probably best porn game while modded of course and have first person view.
Check also House Party, but for that game you probably prefer custom scenarios.
Skyrim with mods, maybe Fallout 4 but I don't know how many "sex" mod was made for that game.

1 Question: I bought multiple cameras but cannot place a hidden camera on the yellow spots.
Is it a bug or do i need to unlock the hidden cams first?

you need to get the camera attachment . you get it from the recreation floor which unlocks after you fill the seeder multiple times .
The game is solid and "complete" which is quite rare.
On Patreon its says its on Steam, ive taken a look but cannot find it, no filters.
