If you have unlocked a dream you'll have a figurine on the shelf in your room... aside from that Dreams are saved in the Gallery.
There are 3 dreams so far ("Parry Hotter"- watch TV with "Aunt", "Bowsette"-choose "Sister" to have the best boobs dureing the Pool special Event and Greekdream- watch Porn with "Mom")

There is no way to stop it happening, it's just a bug in this version of the game. It'll be fixed in version 19.0

What level should you progress to to be able do that?
