I'm not a Spanish expert but that 'gratis' is abviously one of a kind google tanslation job made by someone who has no single idea
I'm Spanish, and in this context, should be "Libre"( or even better "Cámara libre" but I don't think it will fit). The text "Reparado" in the same section should be "Fijada" o "Fija"

For this folder to appear, you must at least launch the game. If it does not appear after you launch the game, you may need to start a new game and save if possible - then it will definitely appear.

Doesn't incest work on new versions anymore? If you download old versions it is there, but in new ones it is not.

Saves, settings are saved, can they be load afterwards? Maybe you are looking in the wrong user's folders (if you have several)? Try to run as an admin or something.
