I don't know much about coding but I'm pretty sure that renpy can't work for a 3D game. Also the game is only a few updates away from being completed, so changing the game engine at this point would be stupid (it would requier to redo the whole game's code).
there are some games that after completion the developers included a ren'py version, but that's ok, maybe later on i'll try it on a better pc

Is it worth playing? I've heard there's a few modpacks with different characters and such.
I only played it a long time ago, before mods were made for it and before vaginal sex or anything else was added. It's alright if you got a thing for facials specifically. True to its word, the facials are good and can be rather resource intensive. There's not a whole lot to it other than that, though. It's just a gallery viewer with a focus on cum.
