The game used to run fine on my system but since 2 updates ago it WILL NOT start up. Black screen, Task Manager says it's not responding. Graphics drivers are up to date but yet it still tells me to update the drivers. I genuinely give up with this game and it's a damn shame because I loved it before. RIP.

Same here, only it's just this update that has done it. Not responding right off the bat.

Cant figure it out. Only thing Ive found thats different is when you go by yourself, one of the other doors is unlocked but theres nothing in it...

found that as well, i'm still trying to figure it out

Well I give up....I wanted to give this game a shot but cannot get it past the blank black screen on startup. Tried both the 32 and 64 bit versions.

I had exact same problem what worked for me was going to C:/users/<your user name>/appdata/local/LastHope/SaveGame
and I have deleted settings.sav

if that wont help just backup your saves and delete entire folder and load your saves back in. Do not back up settings.sav and Default.sav only actual save files

*EDIT: apologies got path to save file wrong. now it is in full

i cant seem to find the lasthope file in my username, any other idea where it might be?

under storage C: i hace a game file where i tend to throw all my lewd stuff. come to think of it i dont seem to have a save file for the game anywhere

I'm stupid, I thought the save file was in the game's folder but it isn't, check in your AppData, mine is there. If you don't find it open "This PC" and type "LastHope" in the search bar at the top and let it run, it should bring up a folder that is not the game directory.

The incest patch is linked to your save. So, if your last save was with the incest patch, no need to reinstall it

Yah been trying to figure out the second scenes as well. Might have to do something with Kat/adrianna before boarding. Tried talking to both but got the same usual options, going to try to cycle through their regular scenes and see if something shows up
