I used to get really bad motion sickness while traveling on buses as a kid. It got much better when I got older. Only thing, is that I cannot watch stuff on my phones while traveling in Buses. I don't know why it's only on buses that I get motion sickness if I'm not looking outside or standing up. I have no problems in cars, on boats, on trains and on planes. Just on buses..

Can we avoid the lesbian scenes, as in they don't happen at all, or are they needed to progress in the game/story? Just asking before downloading because scenes where the MC isn't involved doesn't do much for me, that goes for voyeurs and lesbian scenes, and in 3somes I prefer if they focus on the mc so, yeah not a fan of lesbian sex unless I can choose it because it's optional or something.

So it is avoidable or it will happen no matter what and is needed for the game to progress?

Yes you can(probably) because since the scenes are not tied to progression but the seeder unlocking more of the game is the progress system. You could just skip the lesbian stuff by ignoring it and/or getting a complete save as it will be completed already and you just avoid it by not activating it but really they are far and very few in this game. Getting 100% all scenes will require you to watch the lesbian scenes though. Game does have various {Stop} sections or alternative choices for scenes. But to me - every scene is good
