you have to get slaves and then process them; they give you resources for processing, so you’ll get out and there’s no minus

From the news on Steam, the dev's future plans involve balancing stats and lowering NPC count in order to bandaid fix the lag.
So unless you already like the game, but hate the grind, I'd say no.
Personally I don't think it'll ever be a real game without fundamental changes to everything, but judging by how many people enjoy it in its current state I don't feel like that's ever going to happen.

Put simply, no. ZXC continues to demonstrate, after a decade of games, that they can't make games for shit. And it really is unfortunate, because they could do so much with their art style if they just got someone capable of developing a game with any genuinely working systems. Or that could run double digit FPS.
As far as i can tell, you get that village income whenever a "turn" passes, which happens when you attack, infiltrate, or wait on the map as an action at a hostile village/location. I might suspect it would also happen when you defend from an attack on your base, but i haven't let that happen so idk. I may be wrong about all of that though.
Attacking take a turn? Maybe the game bugged out then. Cause the patrol on my map never move when I attack anywhere...

Can anyone make a list of what each boss does do when becoming an ally? I don't understand what half of them do. Would be good if when you are going to select it, it said something like "throw fireballs" to know
Also, is the synthesis thing is discarted? Someone on page 7 has a screenshot of it, but it doesn't appear at all on new version.

That version is gone as far as I can tell. I think they replaced it with semi-incomplete version where you change the skin for breast, futa, and ass (that part doesn't seem to have been implemented and some models don't like the skins).
As for the bosses I can at least tell you that the the Human and elf Queens have ranged attacks and at least one of them heals defenses well the insect Queen spawns bee(might be hornets) mobs that fight the attackers
